I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay with great service:
- The staff is fantastic, special thanks to Zhao Zhao for speaking English and taking care of me, and to the cleaning lady on the 7th floor, such an angel, always smiling and helpful
- The room was clean and comfortable
- Food was simple, but nice
- Location is convenient, around 5-10 mins walk to the nearest subway
- Prompt replies and excellent service from the whole team
For improvement: The oils used in the hotel have a strong scent, and the corridor carpets look off-putting
Overall, a nice and welcoming stay with excellent service.

One of the staff suddenly entered the room. I think they should have offered discount, since I stayed one more night. The laundry room
steamer was not clean. Very noisy some brief noments in the room, perhaps from laundry.

超出預期，房間衞生很乾凈，這個價位能訂到這樣的房間很意外，服務也很好，衹不過當天訂沒有大床房了定了雙床，後面再來成都會再來預訂的。

出差過來的 這家酒店還蠻不錯的 前台依森帥小夥 服務很專業 辦理入住很快 也很有耐心和細心看我訂單裏面沒有帶早餐給我免費送了一份 很專業 餐廳也是可以的 很豐富 麪很好吃 房間也很乾凈 出門200米就是地鐵站很方便 這個五星好評必須給了

枕頭頭髮都有，而且新開的酒店白色的床單泛着黑，明顯是別人用過的，本來想給差評，前台小姐姐服務態度很好，中肯的説環境還可以，設施齊全，就是太臟了，過道電梯房間的細節都做的不到位，明顯是搞衞生的偷懶了，要麼就是這個酒店沒有買好的烘乾機，怎麼會用重複的被單？無法理解

酒店位置在成都二三環之間城中心，比較喜歡主城區的成熟城市界面 ，酒店內能看到地鐵站，走路分分鐘到，地鐵口有龍湖天街，這就老城界面煙火氣與現代城市風都具備，這邊酒店挺多大多是很高樓公寓，這新獨棟還蠻少見，聽前台確認是直營不是連鎖加盟，服務反饋和響應就很靈活及時的，餐廳和房間也真是的都乾淨
