位置超好，出小區東門就是寬窄巷，交通也很便利，有地鐵，房間設施陳舊估計10年以上。衞生間極差，淋浴開關是壞的。我們在房間休息，服務員不敲門，自己一個人直接按密碼進房間，超尷尬。一般酒店打掃房間都是兩個人，一是速度快，二是防止客人物品出問題解釋不清。

一家三口住宿很合適，既可以和孩子分房住，又不用擔心孩子的安全問題。房間衞生不錯，看得出我們入住前剛打掃過。離寬窄巷子很近，天天去逛都很方便，但遺憾的是我們家不怎麼喜歡商業氣息濃厚的旅遊景點。剛入住時熱水温度不合適，向房東反應後得到了解決。空調不太給力，温度得開高點才不冷。另外就是希望房東能解決一下房間垃圾的問題，因為我們入住好幾天，看得出有人來整理房間，但並沒有處理垃圾，我們也不知道垃圾袋在哪裡，所以從入住到退房，垃圾一直積累。。。就讓人有點撓頭。。。

位置非常便利 就在寬窄巷子地鐵站D出口對面的小區裏
走兩三百米就到寬窄巷子 走一百米左右就到食街
公寓裏設施不是很新
但如果每天都去逛景點早出晚歸 不是泡酒店的親們可以選這家
晚上也很安靜 不用擔心睡不着覺
跟店家微信溝通 簡單方便

環境很好，交通也很便利。寬窄巷子D口下走兩步就到了。每個屋子都有空調和窗户，陽台望出去視野也不錯，很值得來。

中肯的評價:房間很寬敞，適合夏天來，冬天屋裡都冷，要開空調預熱一會.，房東不錯，投影挺好，下樓2分鐘到寬窄巷子，美中不足是衞浴稍微差些。

靠近寬窄巷子，遊景點很方便，但是請考慮清楚再住，整個就是廉價出租房，我被衞生間門嚇到了（推拉門），差點砸到我，當天衹洗了臉和腳，澡都沒洗，衞生間浴巾毛巾估計是五年前的（家用的那種）忘記拍照片
