房間很舒適，入住有一些小插曲，前台的小姐姐很熱心周到地幫我們重新安排了房間，酒店樓下有停車場，自駕友好，地面層有充電樁不過在設備維護用不了，我們搜了附近的充電樁去充電，如果有自駕電車出行的朋友可以留意一下，整體位置不錯，就在天街附近，樓下很多小吃和餐廳，晚上很有煙火氣很熱鬧

酒店很乾凈，前台服務很不錯，還幫我們免費升房，因為沒帶睡衣需要浴袍，很快有工作人員送到房間，樓下免費停車也方便，很不錯的一次住宿。

很無語 昨晚那個前台服務太差了很差勁 和朋友來玩，晚上才到店辦入住，前台有點不得了的樣子 ，旁邊的老大爺服務還很好👍還倒茶水🍵 我們是一起來的兩個房間，想説可以挨着不 ，那個前台跟沒聽到一樣，給房卡我説要一起的 不然同等房型的標間也可以 ，你個在六樓 一個在八樓 怎麼一起，後面説了他才説給升級一個單間，不説升級還好房型一摸一樣，給我説升級 真的無語至極，房間又吵又悶。昨晚前台服務真的太差了！住過這麼多次第一次遇到這麼差勁的人前台！

房間隔音太差了，我們晚上凌晨三點被隔壁房間的住客所吵醒，不知道是不是因為是春節的原因，人員很雜。同時我們發現明明酒店是禁止吸煙的，但是樓道里卻有很大的煙味。

1.不知道是不是太老的酒店，電吹風是那種掛牆壁的，要現在那裡吹，長頭髮真的太痛苦了。
2.酒店保潔阿姨打掃衞生真的是該扔的不扔，不該扔的扔，已經掉了兩個隱形眼鏡夾子，沒用完的袋裝修復面霜沒問也直接給扔掉了。
3.酒店停車如果不允許一天內多次出入可以入住的時候提前，沒必要去到輸車牌號的時候態度很不爽的來講。
