前天預訂房間後，由於行程的耽擱，直到昨天晚上 10 點多才抵達。原本還心懷忐忑，擔心這麼晚到達會有諸多不便，然而，迎接我們的卻是客服人員那始終如一的熱情笑臉。更讓我驚喜的是，他們精心準備了當季盛產的李子，數量之多，讓我們深深感受到了酒店滿滿的誠意與關懷。
而今天離店時的小插曲，更是讓我對這家酒店的好感度直網上升。朋友不小心把身份證遺忘在了酒店，我們甚至都還沒有發現這個疏忽，酒店就已經主動聯繫到了我們。這種細緻入微的服務，這種對客人的高度負責，實在是難能可貴。
