Absolutely wonderful stay! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Everything was impeccably clean — from the rooms to the common areas. The reception team and service staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests I had. The location is ideal — right in the heart of Chengdu and just a short walk from the metro, which made exploring the city super easy and stress-free. I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. If you're visiting Chengdu, I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely love to come back again!

The hotel is clean and very beautiful. The room has a proper smart toilet. One of our rooms has torn sheets. The staff is very friendly, but they will ask you for 5 star review at checkout which is a reoccuring thing in china it seems. The management is probably making them do it and this needs to stop... Anyways we enjoyed the hotel. Didn't try the breakfast tho.

The best hotel experience so far! Totally recommend this place for calm and cozy stay: all the facilities are provided and stuff is very friendly. We even had a little tea ceremony in our room! If I ever be back in Chengdu - I’ll stay here again 😌

酒店環境好好，有古色古香的感覺，而且我住的房間有一個露天小院子，晚上坐外面吹吹風是挺不錯的💕然後地址很好找，距離文殊院春熙路天府廣場也很近，下次還會再來的💕

Good location, right next to the science and technology museum and art galleries - good access to central Chengdu. Staff were helpful and courteous. Would recommend.

房間設計大氣，有茶台，有家庭式投影影院，兒子特別喜歡。最滿意的是陽台外的綠植，打開窗沙透過寬大的玻璃窗就能看見一片清新的綠景，柚子樹上掛滿了大大小小清香的柚子…有草有樹有花有果。陽台上還有小桌椅，孩子在户外閲讀學習對眼睛也特別友好…還有一個特別方便的地方就是酒店可以點餐，味道很不錯。個人十分滿意，有機會會再次入住。【前台的服務小姐姐服務態度特別好。一次開心的旅程！】
