菜品很豐富，房間也很大點贊，唯一不足的就是我們當天晚上入住已經是很晚了，無意間發現他們的巡視表還沒有到時間都已經簽字完成了，這點個人覺得管理有待加強🙂🙂

服務：服務是真的差，目前住了兩次不同地方的維也納國際，每次在服務方面的體驗都是很差，極差！這次我忘了帶充電器，早上起來手機沒電關機了，想借用一下，麻煩前台給我送上來，前台一個男生支支吾吾半天，説前台沒人，沒法給我送上來。我説行，我下來，結果下去前台三個人站着，然後充電器也不能借給我拿走，讓我站在前台充手機。換做其他同檔連鎖酒店全季桔子是根本不可能發生的事…錦江集團培訓服務意識是真的差。設施：小度智能化較差，連關閉所有燈光都沒有，窗簾叫了好幾次都管不了…用處不大。馬桶居然還是非智能的，其他連鎖品牌或者單體酒店基本上舒適高檔型的都至少是個輕智能馬桶。你這也是22年開業的，也不存在説老了沒翻修。
