Very goodexperience overall,walking distance to kuanzai alleys and metro station. very friendly staff,小文was very kind,she gave my laowai husband a toy panda as gift,that was a good surprise at the end.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we experienced a smooth and efficient check-in process with no delays or issues. What impressed us was the convenience of voice and app-controlled amenities such as lights, air conditioning, and television, making our stay hassle-free. The front desk staff promptly addressed our requests, and the housekeeping team consistently checked if we needed cleaning services. Overall, our stay was highly enjoyable and problem-free.

Positives: The rooms are really good looking and clean. The location is great - a lovely area to walk around and explore. The staff are very polite and kind. There is a small gym and a laundry room. Very strong AC. Really large room sizes. Negatives: NOISY!!! Always noisy - day and night. There is construction on the fourth floor. There is music playing in the hall all day and all night which you can hear in the room (especially if you are in a room where the speaker is directly outside the door). There is no sound proofing and you can hear people in the other rooms across the hall and people shouting in the hall. Aiyi didn’t make the bed - just gave new towels and water - I thought this was a little strange? Bar is limited.

Xiao Chen and Xiao Sun provided great service🌟and treated us to delicious ice jelly... I will definitely stay here next time Friends in Malaysia, you can't go wrong booking this hotel!

The hotel is in a good location, a few hundred meters away from Kuanzhai Alley. There are many places to eat downstairs. I booked the Easter Egg Room and I liked the free panda! The service attitude is also very good. It was raining when I arrived, and the hot Tremella and Snow Pear Soup was delicious. Recommended!

The hotel is full of modern design~ Every detail of the room is in place, with full voice control, specially scented toiletries, and instant hot water kettle. The bedding is also very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance to Kuanzhai Alley, and there are many restaurants and small supermarkets around. The most important thing is the considerate and gentle hotel staff, who prepared tea and fruits for us as soon as we arrived. Special thanks to Miss Dai at the front desk, who always kept a sweet smile and provided us with a lot of help!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The rooms are compact but well-equipped. The hygiene is relatively good. The overall feeling is very good. I will consider staying in this hotel next time I come to Chengdu.

The trip went well. The hotel is clean and the staff very pleasant. On the other hand, the layout of the hotel and the room are not well thought out: - breakfast is at reception, with the comings and goings (= opening and closing of doors), there are lots of drafts. And it was super cold in the morning... Plus the breakfast was only Chinese. - the room was too automated: everything is regulated via wall controls but they are not easy to use. - the sink is right at the entrance to the room, which is annoying - there was a leak in the shower (which overlooks the entrance), we reported it to the receptionist twice. I think silicone sealant was reapplied, but there was still a small puddle. - the WC and the bedroom are separated by a tinted window, you can still see the colors and shapes, it's a little annoying. In addition, there is an automatic light when you enter the toilet. When children are sleeping, it may wake them up. In short, I still give it 4 stars because the staff was very helpful and the location was great.
