The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. After a long day of commuting, I fell asleep right away and woke up feeling completely refreshed. Breakfast was delivered to my door, so I didn't have to worry about getting up late. There was also welcome fruit and a Chengdu travel guide. The water bar and sky garden on the third floor were beautiful. It was a relaxing afternoon to have a cup of coffee and chat. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, this is the only one that impressed me and I'd stay at again.

I genuinely recommend this hotel! The service is impeccable! I have to give a special shout-out to Yang Mao and Qi Ya; they were incredibly attentive throughout our stay, proactively helping with luggage and introducing us to the local area. Any requests could be handled by the front desk, and their attitude was exceptionally friendly. It was a comfortable and worry-free stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area! The rooms were clean and hygienic, and there was even a robot that quickly delivered things.

I chose this hotel when I came to Chengdu to visit my parents. The price is really affordable, definitely great value for money, and it won't disappoint you. It was scorching hot outside, but the moment you stepped into the hotel, it was refreshingly cool and pleasant. The staff were very attentive; there were cool, sweet drinks in the lobby, as well as a display cabinet of local specialty items. You won't have to rush around to buy gifts for your family anymore, as you can get everything done right here at the hotel. The front desk lady was very professional and checked me in quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. Since I arrived a bit late and the occupancy rate was high, they even upgraded my room type for free and thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning in advance. This really shows how quality dictates the details. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep on. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options and suited my taste perfectly. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from Fenghuangshan Sports Park, making it very convenient for watching football matches and concerts. I was lucky enough to catch Lu Han's concert this time, which truly made the trip worthwhile. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit and highly recommend it to everyone! GGuest UserOverall the experience is great, as this is a repeated stay. Krystal, the butler, has been attentive, friendly and will to your every request to make your stay one of a kind experiences. During this time, as China is still currently in winter phase, they are still currently using central heater, thus it make it a bit hard for people who prefer cooler conditions, but do take not that it is not their problems, as the whole of China is doing this. They have been great enough to provide fans to cool down the room and even change a bigger room for me for better ventilation. The location may be a bit outskirts of ChengDu, but everything you would need is in reached as there is mall beside the hotel and another mall not far away. Thus, CYNN would be a recommended choice and my first choice when returning back.

House environment: clean and sanitary
Surrounding atmosphere: there are restaurants, supermarkets, barbecue hot pot downstairs, and a night market across the street, which is super convenient.
During the peak training, the landlady also picked me up and dropped me off at the ski resort. After training, I ate barbecue downstairs to relieve the fatigue of the day.
The landlady is super nice and will recommend nearby restaurants, delicious and fun places. She can drink a lot too. This may be the most I have drunk this year, mainly because I met people who hit it off at first sight.

The hotel's imposing exterior immediately caught our eye. The white sign gleamed in the sunlight, and the automatic sensor-operated glass doors seemed to warmly welcome every guest. Entering the lobby, soft lighting cast a shadow on the exquisite marble floor, reflecting the dazzling ceramic lanterns overhead—everything seemed luxurious and inviting. The front desk staff greeted us with a smile, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. They also attentively explained the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions, making us feel instantly at home. Upon entering the room, we were stunned by the view. The room was spacious, well-designed, and cozy. Two comfortable queen-size beds were placed side by side, and the soft mattresses felt like clouds, gently enveloping us. The bed linen was spotless and had a light, fresh scent of laundry detergent, making it incredibly tempting to settle in and rest. The room's decor is simple yet elegant, with light-colored walls and wooden furniture creating a tranquil and comfortable atmosphere. The room is fully equipped, and the window overlooks the stunning city. During the day, sunlight filters through the gauze curtains onto the bed, illuminating the room with a bright and warm atmosphere. At night, as the lights come on, the city lights outside the window shimmer like a vibrant, colorful painting. Draw the curtains, sit on the sofa by the window, sip coffee, and admire the view, and the fatigue of the day melts away.
The bathroom is also thoughtfully designed, with separate wet and dry areas for convenient use. The sink is stocked with high-quality toiletries, soft and clean towels, and there's an oversized bathtub, making a hot soak a pure indulgence. The hotel's restaurant offers an elegant ambiance and a diverse menu. Breakfast is extensive, featuring a variety of Chinese and Western delicacies, from breads and cakes to porridge, noodles, and fresh fruit and juice—each item is exquisitely prepared and delicious. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, proactively recommending special dishes and promptly refilling our tea and water. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff were always welcoming and attentive. The room was cleaned daily and kept spotless. One day, I accidentally left something in the room and called the front desk, and they immediately found it and delivered it. They were incredibly efficient. The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation, including subway and bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around. There are also many shopping malls, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, making shopping and dining very convenient. Tourist attractions are also within easy reach, saving time and effort. It was a truly enjoyable experience. We were very satisfied with the room facilities, the hotel service, and the surroundings. If you're planning a trip, consider this hotel; you'll love it!
