I initially booked for one day and ended up extending my stay today. I'd happily give it five stars 🌟, because the decor is incredibly thoughtful and absolutely amazing! This hotel offers excellent value for money. I feel so lucky to have found such a hotel in Chengdu. The front desk staff are all very attentive, warm, and made me feel incredibly comfortable. The room is spacious, very clean, and surprisingly quiet for sleeping – the soundproofing must be excellent. There's a subway station just a 5-minute walk away. What I loved most is that downstairs there are so many local specialty snacks, almost like a night market. I'll definitely be back!

My flight arrived late at night, but getting a taxi to the hotel was very convenient. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally kind and helpful. I absolutely loved the hotel's adorable panda-themed merchandise! She even opened the display cabinet and patiently let me browse and choose. I ended up buying a panda fan and a super cute panda plushie! The breakfast dining area had a delightful ambiance, and the chicken offal noodles were truly delicious 😋. I highly recommend anyone not in a rush to enjoy breakfast here, as you can even ask the chef to customize the flavor to your preference!

The room is clean and hygienic, the price is not very expensive and is quite standard. The merchant also provides free breakfast. Although it is not very rich, the price is still very good compared to other merchants. It is much better than those pre-prepared meals. The airport transfer is also okay. You can just contact the hotel at the airport. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the hotel. There is no traffic jam on the way. If there is a traffic jam, it may take 20 minutes to get to the hotel. The lady at the front desk also checked in quickly, much faster than expected!

This hotel truly deserves a five-star rating – what a delightful surprise! It was recommended by a friend, and our whole family had an amazing experience. It really felt like a home away from home, offering incredible value for money. Every staff member was exceptionally warm and polite; they proactively contacted us before check-in and even upgraded our room. We enjoyed a delicious dinner, and they even provided late-night snacks. The hotel's homemade coffee was also fantastic. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chengdu, especially since it's conveniently located just 15 minutes from Shuangliu Airport.

I've often stayed at Ibis hotels in France before, but I was pleasantly surprised that this one in Chengdu was even better than the ones I've experienced there – it truly exceeded my expectations. In particular, the bathroom features a seamless, integrated design, and the toilet is wall-mounted rather than floor-standing, which means there are absolutely no dirty corners. It's fantastic! Furthermore, the management is incredibly efficient. A few of us arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the front desk attendant provided exceptionally good service, which significantly brightened our business trip. I'll definitely consider staying at Ibis again, whether I'm in Chengdu or visiting other cities in the future.

The reception were outstanding and incredibly helpful. Especially one girl who helped us in everyday she could. She helped us order food on a Chinese ap when my friend was sick and we didn't want to go
out. Another person on reception helped us book tickets for the Panadas.
The location was OK. Not alot of food options close by.
Bed was comfortable. The room was a little small. Bathroom/ toilet, might be awkward when travelling as friends but it's possible to hang something for privacy.
There is a washer and dryer and a robot that delivers your clothes and any food deliveries to your room.

The location is good, right next to a metro station.
It was our first time sleeping in a round bed, it was strange but ok. Spacious bathtub. Nice breakfast.
Had room service everyday. Recommend it.
However, the check-in was a little frustrating, one staff member wasn't familiar with foreigners. we were asked some questions we were never asked for before. like ”what is passaport” ”what is visa” ”what is your document number” ”how did you enter the country ” She took and looked at our passports for a long time and in the end still asked ”where are you from?”. It was after a long train ride and we were carrying our heavy backpacks, so it was not a pleasant experience. we hope they are training the staff better.

1. Surprise experience on the day of check-in
When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff of the hotel greeted me warmly. They patiently checked me in, quickly and professionally. They asked about the room requirements carefully and worked meticulously.
2. Comfort and exquisiteness of the room environment
After entering the room, I was deeply attracted by the scene in front of me. The decoration style of the room is simple but elegant, and the color matching is harmonious, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the support of the mattress is just right, which made me sleep very sweetly during my stay. The facilities in the room are all available, and the air conditioner, TV, hair dryer, toiletries, etc. are neatly placed for my use at any time. Especially the toiletries, they are all well-known brands and of high quality, which makes me feel very comfortable during use.
3. Delicious and rich catering services
The hotel's restaurant provides me with a rich breakfast choice. Every morning, I can see a wide variety of delicious food in the restaurant, including Chinese breakfast, such as buns, fried dough sticks, soy milk, etc., and Western breakfast, such as bread, milk, coffee, fried eggs, etc. Whether it is Chinese or Western food, they are all very delicate and delicious, allowing me to enjoy a hearty breakfast every day and inject full vitality into the new day.

It's also very close to a subway station, making it easy to reach various attractions and business centers, making commuting stress-free.
- Room Amenities: The room was warmly decorated, spacious without being cramped, and had excellent lighting. The bed had the perfect firmness and comfortable pillows, allowing even a particular bed to provide a good night's sleep. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the showerhead flowed smoothly, hot water came quickly, and most importantly, a large overhead showerhead! The toiletries were also of high quality. The room was very practical, with one-touch controls for lighting and curtains, and high-speed Wi-Fi, allowing for seamless work and entertainment.

The boss is very interesting. There is no one at the front desk. You need to add WeChat, and they will send you the room number and password. Then just follow the prompts step by step. So it is not suitable for people who don't know how to use WeChat😄. The room has air conditioning. I felt stuffy and wanted to turn on the air conditioner. I searched the room but couldn't find the remote control. I had to ask the boss. He told me the location and turned on the air conditioner in an unimaginable place. It felt a bit like playing a room escape game.
The room is relatively large, but it is a bit stingy to charge for mineral water. The hygiene needs to be improved. I hope the boss can do better in small details and do better business.
