Hotels in Jiuyan Bridge/Sichuan University Area, Chengdu

Next to the really good location and clean room with all kinds of commodities what really stood out was the service. The staff all helped with different kinds of tasks, waimai and cancel a wrong order, buy Panda Center Tickets and otherwise helpful advice. We were surprised how good their english is. Our stay was good, but it was the exceptional service from one staff member that truly made our visit outstanding. We encountered a significant problem with a pre-booked DiDi driver to the airport. Despite having confirmed the trip, the driver demanded an extra 40¥ in cash for our luggage at the last minute. Being without that much cash and with no ATM nearby, we were in a very stressful situation. This is where a young man from the hotel's guest services team stepped in. He not only helped us cancel the problematic DiDi booking but also immediately secured a reliable taxi for us, ensuring we wouldn't miss our flight. He handled the entire stressful situation with remarkable professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. His English was excellent, which was a huge help, and his friendly demeanor completely put us at ease.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for hotel in Chengdu! The hotel is perfect! The staffs, their amenities, service are perfect!!! Their housekeepers will clean and refill everything in the room everyday and very punctual! Although the light in the room is quite dim making the whole vibe of the room abit antiqued, there is no problem with that, still love their hotel! You can also get toilet seat cover, elastic rubber band, hairpin, cotton buds and lots of things for free at the front desk!!! The location is close to lots of attractions (around 10mins to IFS via DiDi). There is also a family mart, convenient store and late night barbecue, Sichuan-Style Shaokao in front of the hotel so you don't have to worry if you feel hungry at night. Overall, I love their service and the atmosphere of the hotel! Definitely gonna come back if I go to Chengdu! ＜3

The location of the hotel is within the Second Ring Road, easily accessible to many restaurants at the nearby Wanda Plaza which is a stone’s throw away. Taking DiDi to Chengdu East Railway station is only 22 mins which is very convenient or alternatively it is only a 32 mins ride by public transportation - metro. The only downside is that it is an hour ride to the Chengdu Tianfu International Airport by DiDi. Checked in to an upgraded hotel room for our 6 nights stay. Toiletries provided are of reputable brand - L’Occitane brand. We were well taken care of and our stay at the hotel was comfortable. Special mention to YiYi for the smooth checkout !

The hotel is located in a convenient area, near to mrt, near to jiu yan qiao. The room is clean, with some control switch spoiled but surprised me with a smart toilet bowl. I appreciated many aspects of my stay, but I did experience 2 issues I'd like to mention. Despite placing the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on my door, housekeeping still entered and cleaned the room. I understand that this may have been a misunderstanding, but I believe it's important to respect guests' privacy when the sign is displayed. I hope this can be addressed for future guests. Secondly, the breakfast provided to be below expectation in terms of quality and variety, additionally, the breakfast area itself was not pleasant and comfortable, which affect overall experience. A good breakfast can really enhance the overall guest experience.

I am extremely satisfied with my booking with Cloud Travel High-end LOFT hotel apartment. The location is really great and is very accessible. If you are planning to go Jiuyanqiao （九眼桥）the walking distance is extremely close. The nearest metro station is niu wang miao (牛王苗) line 6 just one street across. There are many good foods around this area. Apart from amentities, I also wish to highlight that their services were extremely great and helpful. When I reached chengdu international airport around midnight, they ensured me with the correct address for my DiDi booking. Furthermore, they allow me to extend an hour of my check out timing just because I wanted to explore a little longer in Chengdu. The room is large, spacious and quiet. It is located right by the river and next to a shopping mall, making shopping very convenient. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to Taikoo Li and ifs, and is just a stone's throw away from Hejiangting and Lan Kwai Fong.

Everything in the room can be controlled by voice, which is very convenient, but what makes me more numb is that I brought my son over this time. Although I still didn’t care when I took him out~ In short, it was very good and the price was very high. It can basically meet everyone’s needs. Come next time~ Shh, But I hope I don't bring my children, after all, the beautiful bar street opposite has not experienced it yet!

The room is very big, and I didn't expect to hear that Tang was Wangzai. I like it very much. The room is clean and sanitary. If I have the opportunity to come to Chengdu, I will stay in this hotel first. The front desk service is also very thoughtful. They also recommended me some delicious hot pot, travel guides, etc. The price-performance ratio is very high. The room aunt also cleaned it very cleanly. Overall, it is very good. It is not far from the subway station and it is very convenient to travel. The lady at the front desk is very nice. The surrounding facilities are also relatively complete. Although breakfast is not provided, some of the places introduced taste very good. Young people should like the design. 🤔👍

This designer hotel is really amazing, full of surprises from the moment you enter the door! The industrial style mixed with artistic decoration is very tasteful, and the details of the room are full - smart home, custom furniture, and even the lighting is adjusted just right. The bedding is so comfortable that you don't want to move after lying down. The bathroom is equipped with high-end sanitary ware as standard, and the water pressure is as strong as a professional massage. The point is that the atmosphere is chill enough. Have a drink in the bar at night, and all the photos you take are blockbusters. The waiter's attitude is very real, no awkward chat but reply immediately if there is something. I will definitely come again next time!
