Hotels in Chengdu East Railway Station/Tazishan Park, Chengdu

Well located near Chengdu East Railway station. Local food and shopping nearby. Major shopping 25-30 minutes by taxi around 30yuan each way. I chose this hotel the next day, departing from Chengdu East. It's conveniently located just across the street from the train station. From the lobby to the hotel, everything was comfortable. The room was spacious, with separate wet and dry areas. I especially loved the long TV cabinet, which was very convenient for storing things. The front desk lady was also very patient in sharing nearby restaurants, making my stay a very pleasant one.

On my recent trip to Chengdu, we stayed in a Luxury King Room at Dragon Dream Hotel Chengdu, and the experience was truly exceptional! Upon entering the room, I was immediately drawn to the massive 2x2 meter super king-size bed. The mattress had the perfect balance of softness and firmness; lying on it felt like being gently cradled by clouds. The comfort level was off the charts, ensuring even a light sleeper like me had a perfect night's rest. The room, spanning a generous 50 square meters, felt incredibly spacious with a well-thought-out layout, never feeling cramped. To the left upon entering, there was a wardrobe, a shoe-changing stool, and a mini-bar. A thoughtful touch was the small refrigerator, perfect for keeping drinks chilled. To the right was a vanity area with a dry/wet separation design, and the standalone bathtub was very large. After a tiring day of exploring, a hot soak in the tub completely melted away all my fatigue. Although the bathroom wasn't huge, it was fully equipped. The smart toilet was very comfortable to use, and the large mirror even had a heating function, preventing it from fogging up during showers – every detail was perfectly considered. The room's natural lighting and views were absolutely stunning, thanks to a full-wall, floor-to-ceiling window. During the day, sunlight streamed in unobstructed, making the entire room bright and airy. On clear days, we could even gaze at the distant, rolling mountains, offering panoramic views of both the bustling city and beautiful natural scenery. In the evenings, the room offered dazzling views of Chengdu's city lights, with the sparkling lights creating an incredibly captivating ambiance. Furthermore, the room's soundproofing was excellent; with the windows closed, all outside noise was instantly blocked out, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and private space. The hotel's location right next to Chengdu East Railway Station was just a few minutes' walk away, making transportation incredibly convenient. Whether traveling by high-speed rail or taking Metro Line 2 or Line 7 to various attractions downtown, it was all very easy. The surrounding area also boasts numerous dining options and shopping malls, providing a one-stop solution for food, entertainment, and leisure. I was equally impressed by the hotel's service. From the warm welcome by the front desk staff during check-in to their prompt response whenever we had requests, I felt a genuine sense of warmth, just like being at home. They even offered complimentary luggage storage during check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. The only minor drawback was that the elevator wait times could be a bit long during peak check-in hours; I hope the hotel can optimize this aspect. However, overall, my stay was fantastic, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Chengdu!

I chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location near Chengdu East Station, after comparing many options online. We arrived quite early, around 10 AM, and our room wasn't ready. However, the front desk staff kindly upgraded our room type, which was a fantastic gesture! Check-in was seamless, and I really appreciated their professionalism. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised! For the price, it was spotless, airy, and smelled wonderful. The smart toilet and rain shower were absolute highlights – truly impressive! It's great to see a six-year-old hotel keeping up with the times by updating its facilities. Finally, I have to praise the hotel's breakfast! The dining environment was incredibly chic, and both the noodles and the roasted ham were exceptionally tasty. While other items were standard breakfast fare, the overall experience was excellent. I'll definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to Chengdu. Highly recommended!

The room was a good size and offered great value for money. The front desk service was excellent, and the room itself was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. Being located right on the commercial pedestrian street made it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring.

We chose the Vienna Hotel because we had an early train to catch the next morning. Its location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the East Station! The staff at the front desk were very friendly, and our room was clean and tidy. The hotel also conveniently has a convenience store and restaurants on-site. We arrived quite early on the day of our reservation. A front desk staff member – I didn't catch her name, but her name tag said 'intern' – was very proactive in helping us communicate with housekeeping to prioritize cleaning our room. After a short wait, we were able to check in smoothly! Overall, the cleanliness and service were excellent! The only minor flaw was that the showerhead in the bathroom kept swiveling towards the door due to its hose. Otherwise, everything else was great!

It's so cool, I give it full marks, high cost performance, new hotel facilities and equipment, and the comfort level is full, thumbs up! The only drawback of this hotel is that there is no food around when we come back at night, and the supporting facilities are not good (it's a bit remote, we took a taxi back from Taikoo Li a bit far, and the location is really average), but it is still quite convenient to go to the panda base early the next morning without traffic jams, after all, it is outside the third ring road. I want to especially talk about the breakfast room. The breakfast chefs are attentive. The chefs are not cold like some places. They are as warm as the freshly cooked beef noodles, which is a plus. There are enough varieties, bread and yogurt are delicious, and I will definitely come often in the future! The room is clean and tidy, with a good view from the window. Thank you Mango for recommending delicious and fun things to me, making us feel at home. We like simple and low-key decoration. I have very high requirements for light and can't sleep with light. The room has very advanced blackout curtains, which is worth it!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is clean, bright, and most importantly is free from any smoke smell. The hotel rooms are located on the 29th floor, offering a beautiful view of the city. There are plenty of eateries just downstairs, so you’ll never go hungry. If you’d like to explore more food options, Chengdudong Railway Station is only a 10–15 minute walk away and has even more choices. Highly recommended! Although it’s actually a residential building, Hakoe occupies the entire floor and feels just like a proper hotel. The only thing that hasn’t changed is the lift , it’s still quite slow, but that’s a small issue compared to the overall great stay.

The hotel is located in a big skyscraper just outside Chengdu East railway station and with direct access to it (follow Longemont panels). The rooms are a bit old but very well maintained. The only improvements we would suggest is to add a mini fridge and to improve insulation (on the 34st floor we could hear too much traffic noise)
