Bella went above and beyond to help us contact our driver since we don’t have Wechat. She also helped us in ordering food delivery. Every staff here is just so friendly and nice. Breakfast is great. Laundry facilities is a plus and no need to bring soap! We had an amazing time in Chengdu and this is one of the many reasons why. Highly recommend!!
