Hotels in Business District/The area around the Twin Towers, Chengdu

My first impression when I arrived at the W hotel was that there was someone to help me open the car door and carry my luggage. I was particularly impressed by the manager of the hotel standing at the door to welcome me when I entered. In addition, everyone from the receptionist, restaurant to cleaning staff... greeted me very politely. Whether it was room service or dining in the restaurant, there was someone to serve me. I really enjoyed this feeling of being honored.

I've been to several hotels during my stay here in china, and lutai is by far the greatest experience I've had as far accommodations. The room felt luxurious and extremely clean. The staff is also very courteous and helpful. They even washed and dried our clothes while we were out eating. I recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone !

The room offered an excellent view, and the breakfast spread was rich and varied. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient for transportation. We particularly enjoyed the Chengdu hotpot! The front desk staff, Ling Binyun and Yara Yan, provided outstanding service; they were exceptionally warm and helpful. We were deeply moved when they showed such great care and concern for our child, who was feeling unwell after eating spicy food during checkout. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Chengdu!

A brand hotel I often stay in, it is as warm as ever. The legendary change of ownership has not reduced the hotel's quality, but enhanced many functions, such as a laundry room with excellent equipment, a mushroom soup hotpot restaurant, which tastes great, and the breakfast remains the same; the front desk reception work is more rigorous and meticulous, the housekeeper Zhou Qin and other staff are well-trained, with excellent business qualities, professional reception, enthusiasm and elegance.

The hotel's environment and facilities were excellent, and the room was very spacious. Its location offers great convenience for transportation and nearby amenities. I was here on a business trip and had a wonderful experience! A special shout-out to Nina and Yara at the front desk; their service was incredibly warm, efficient, and they provided timely assistance!

Very affordable nice hotel in a very popular area of Chengdu. Clean room and nice amenities. I’ve stayed here several times. Room is large compared to other hotels.

The Hotel Indigo Chengdu Financial City is absolutely amazing! As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are brand new and exquisite. The handwritten welcome card was heartwarming, and the fresh fruit was plentiful. From the decor to the service, every detail was a subtle fusion of local culture. It was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. I highly recommend it!

Overall, I felt good. The location is good, right next to Yintai, and there are several restaurants downstairs. The hot shower was very comfortable. One thing that needs improvement is that the breakfast chefs all wear their own clothes, no uniforms, no hats, and no chef masks. I suggest this improvement so that the next stay experience will be better.

Facilities: Excellent, very modern, and thoughtfully designed with user-friendly features. The mini-bar was also very practical. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Environment: The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the South Railway Station. Our window overlooked residential buildings; I would recommend considering a room type above the basic if you prefer a different view. Service: The service truly stands out as the biggest highlight. Staff are incredibly proactive in responding to guest needs and go above and beyond to resolve any issues. Even during busy times, they consistently offered warm, smiling service. They even provided assistance with laundry, and the complimentary gifts were a practical bonus.

Actually, I wanted to say that the hotel is good in all aspects. I always stay in this hotel on business trips. I was a little disappointed this time. At first, I thought it was because I returned to the room late and the air conditioner was turned on late, so the temperature could not be lowered. Later, after taking a shower, the room was still quite hot, close to 27 degrees. I called the front desk and was told that the central air conditioner of the building was under maintenance... There was no way, the housekeeping department quickly sent a cooling machine... But it was really too noisy, and the cooling was average, not as good as a fan... Alas, I could only turn it off in the middle of the night when the room temperature dropped a little, and then go to bed. I didn't sleep well for 2 nights... Next time, I will consider changing to another hotel. The air conditioner of a hotel that costs more than 400 a night can't be used... Speechless.
