Overall, this hotel is an intercontinental brand hotel worth staying in. Attentive service and unique experience make people feel very comfortable and elegant.
The security brother at the door was very caring, because there were more luggage, he took the initiative to help me with my luggage, the room was quiet, and welcome fruit was also delivered. The important thing was that it was close to the International Convention and Exhibition Center. It took 5 minutes to walk. It was more convenient for the meeting. It's perfectly located next to Joy City in the Tianfu Business District, offering all the amenities one could need, which makes it incredibly convenient. Getting here from the airport by metro is also a breeze, as the subway exit is directly at the Tianfu Business District intersection.

Fantastic hotel! Marriott certainly lives up to its name. The front desk staff were excellent, very patient, and thoroughly answered all my questions. The housekeeping team was also wonderfully enthusiastic and friendly. The cleanliness was exceptional, making for a truly comfortable and worry-free stay.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff's service was fantastic! The buffet breakfast was also delicious. They even have a little robot that delivers takeout, and outside delivery drivers are allowed to come up to your room. It's super convenient not having to go downstairs to pick up your orders!

I have traveled internationally for work my entire career. My wife and I recently had to attend an exhibition at the Chengdu exhibition center. We booked last minute at XIYU Hotel.
We were both so impressed with this property, especially for the extremely reasonable price. The level of service at this hotel was amazing, their service was like having our own personal butler. The interior is 5 star International standard, marble showers, great linens, black our curtains etc. The hotel is located a short 5 min walk from the exhibition center with lots of restaurants and convenience shops nearby. If you are looking for a great hotel at a fantastic price with outstanding service conveniently located near the exhibition center, this is the place. We highly recommend this hotel and it’s amazing young staff.

Good service. My problem was solved in time. The room supplies and equipment are very attentive. There are also various chargers. They are actively cleaned and replaced every day. The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The subway station is just a few minutes away. Parking is also convenient, it’s free, and there’s a Joy City shopping mall next to it, which is pretty good! The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay was very comfortable. The room has a small space for us lazy people, and the environment is very good. Sister Hong at the front desk is particularly good at service. I personally think the price/performance ratio is quite high, and it is worth recommending!

This hotel was truly comfortable! The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – the duvet and pillows were so soft, it felt just like sleeping at home. The bathroom was also very clean, and the hot water came on quickly, making showers very convenient. Noah at the front desk was efficient with check-in and check-out, and patiently answered all my questions. It's convenient to catch a taxi or bus right outside the hotel, and there's a small convenience store nearby, so you don't have to go far for a bottle of water or some snacks. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was certainly enough to get a good, satisfying meal. Dishes like congee, steamed buns, and various side dishes had a comforting, home-cooked feel. The price was also very reasonable, and I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit.

Originally a temporary hotel, but received a full surprise. The lobby decoration is simple and stylish, making people feel very relaxed as soon as they enter the door. The room space is more spacious than expected, the facilities are complete and well maintained, the TV picture quality is clear, the air conditioning is fast, and there is no sense of stuck in the old hotel. The most plus point is the sound insulation effect. Even if you live in a room facing the street, you can hardly hear the outside noise, which guarantees a quiet rest environment. When you walk into the room, the first feeling is that it is clean and tidy, the layout is reasonable, and the decoration style is simple but warm. The bed is soft and comfortable, and I slept very well all night. The facilities and equipment in the room are also complete, HD TV, high-speed wireless network, and the details show quality. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of high quality and smell good.
The hotel's catering is even more amazing. There are a wide variety of breakfasts, Chinese and Western dishes, and each one is exquisite and delicious. Dinner is enjoyed in the hotel restaurant, the ingredients are fresh, the cooking skills are superb, and the taste and taste are impeccable.

The running tracks around the lake are a good exercise option, or plane from a relaxing stroll. Hotel is well equipped with gym and laundry as well as full breakfast. Great service from staff. There’s an on site cafe, and plenty of food options nearby. About 1 hour from TFU airport.
If you’re looking for a purely tourist option it’s not very convenient as it’s about 1 hour by metro to the main tourist sites, and even more from the northern sites. But for business nearby it is a very convenient location.
