My stay at the Chengdu Kapok Hotel completely exceeded my expectations! It happened to be my birthday, and Winnie, a wonderful staff member, proactively asked if I'd like a complimentary cake. She actively coordinated with the decor company throughout the process, and the moment I opened the door, I was deeply moved by the special celebratory ambiance and exquisite details in the room. Winnie not only helped with the room arrangements but also assisted with the TV screen casting details, even during her break. She always responded to my messages promptly, making it a truly delightful and unforgettable birthday experience.
The hotel's attention to service details is truly impeccable; from the warm greetings at check-in to the well wishes at check-out, every single employee made me feel like family. The room was clean and comfortable, and the night view was absolutely stunning. Combined with Winnie's enthusiastic and attentive service, the entire experience was simply perfect! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special celebratory touch. The Kapok Hotel is definitely the top choice for celebrating anniversaries or any special occasion! I never wanted to leave Chengdu, all thanks to the incredible 'Panda is Sleepy' hotel! As a night owl visiting Chengdu, the hotel's name instantly resonated with me. The moment I stepped in, I was enveloped by fluffy panda elements – even the key card was panda-shaped! My social media posts instantly racked up over 200 likes!
The room details were even more impressive. The panda-themed bedding was so soft you'd just sink into it, and lounging there watching the night view was incredibly therapeutic. The whole experience felt so special. It's also just a 10-minute walk to Chunxi Road, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Chengdu!

The hotel has a great location (strong), with convenient transportation (strong). The front desk staff was very welcoming and introduced me to the hotel's facilities, which were very comprehensive. The room was bright and spacious, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the room also had its own WiFi, perfect for screen projection, work, and watching videos. There are plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent!

My stay at Quan Ji was incredibly comfortable! The hotel features a minimalist and fresh design, with a warm yet sophisticated natural wood decor. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding soft, and the shower pressure excellent. Thoughtful details, such as the tea set and smart toilet, were a nice touch. The front desk service was warm and efficient. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, with the Chinese dim sum being particularly outstanding. Its convenient location offers easy access to plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. This hotel offers incredible value for money and is highly recommended for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely be choosing Quan Ji again!

My friend has been here before. The hotel environment is good. The sanitary area of the room is relatively good. It is better to stay in this star-rated hotel. The Internet speed is also great. This is a brand new hotel. Both the ambiance and service were excellent. The breakfast quality was also quite good, especially since the buns and dumplings were handmade, not pre-packaged. The restaurant staff were exceptionally warm and friendly too. My only minor suggestion would be to provide alcohol wipes or disposable toilet seat covers in the restrooms.

The room is super big, but the bathroom is a bit small. Even if you close the door when taking a shower, water will still splash out. The price of the 4-person room is really super cheap. It's on the 10th floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows. It's opposite the Atour Hotel. Transportation to the Panda Base by taxi is okay. The nearest subway station is about a 15-minute walk. Overall, it's still okay. I have to say that Chengdu is really a tourist city. I just left the hotel and wanted to use the restroom. I searched on the map and found a public restroom in 5 minutes. There was even hand sanitizer.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the room is clean, bright, and most importantly is free from any smoke smell.
The hotel rooms are located on the 29th floor, offering a beautiful view of the city. There are plenty of eateries just downstairs, so you’ll never go hungry. If you’d like to explore more food options, Chengdudong Railway Station is only a 10–15 minute walk away and has even more choices.
Highly recommended! Although it’s actually a residential building, Hakoe occupies the entire floor and feels just like a proper hotel.
The only thing that hasn’t changed is the lift , it’s still quite slow, but that’s a small issue compared to the overall great stay.

MM41935****It's pretty good. I stayed at Niushikou specifically to avoid the crowds. The all-season hotel is very good. Each room comes with 6 bottles of water as standard. I remember that other hotels seemed to only have 2 bottles of water. Water is not worth much, but this small detail is very heartwarming.

CchayerThe location is fantastic, just two subway stops from East Station and three from Chunxi Road. Downstairs is full of restaurants and snacks, and the subway entrance is a one-minute walk away. The owner was incredibly welcoming, picking us up at the subway entrance and taking us upstairs without any detours. The room had all the basic amenities, and the price was very affordable, making it a perfect transit point. Incidentally, there are about ten foot massage parlors and hair salons nearby—a truly well-maintained environment! We left in a hurry and didn't have time to take a picture of the room, but it was exactly as pictured on the website.

The BBQ and Malatang are particularly good, and the sour plum juice at Hula Noodle Restaurant is a must-try. For convenience, a small washing machine and drying rack are provided, along with a mini-fridge. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are also supplied.

CCliff HoldomThe ground floor of this tall building has at least 6 ‘hotel receptions’, none of them for this one. It operates from a unit on the 8th floor, but the managers were helpful enough given our arrival was late at night. The apartment had a loft style sleeping area whose stairs needed considerable care. There is no separation between shower, toilet & sink so the bathroom floor floods and a microwave and some crockery would be nice. But it had its own wifi, the washing machine proved useful and all in all it suited us well for a week exploring an amazing part of China. It was especially helpful being only just across the road from a metro entry. We found plenty of eating places in surrounding streets.

It was so considerate. It was clean and tidy and the transportation was convenient. We took a rest. Just go downstairs and take the subway to visit Chunxi Road✌

HhendronoirThe hotel is easy to find. Right in front of Tongbao road and very near to Dongda Metro Station (exit A) making its easy to go to Chunxi Road and also from Chengdudong railway Station. The building also Near to BIG Supermarket , buying rice, noodle, spoon, and plate is easy. But this room is 50% city view, 50% office building, it not completely facing city, but no problem, i still can enjoy the view.
The room is very clean, with sit closet and warm water always flow. auntie also come to tidy up every day makes us comfortable. The most convinient part is the Towels, they are Clean and no smell at all.
Value added is Microwave. Microwave is also a must for moslem traveller like us, as for cooking rice and instant noodle for breakfast. But pay attention, you should buy an additional appliance for cooking rice in microwave, i bring it from my Country.
Also you should install Wechat for communication with room reps, she helped us alot and communicate the location clearly.
My suggestion for improvement in handling moslem traveller is you should add jet flush beside the toilet. This will be your value added. But its ok, we can still clean up with water on shower 😁

The proprietress also said that many hotel guests are recommended by the public, so you must not step on thunder.
