My child absolutely loves watching planes, but the current weather makes it really tough to stand outside by the runway. We discovered this hotel offers runway-view rooms, which was perfect, so we immediately booked a package that originally included one afternoon tea and one breakfast. This is where I must commend Lucy from the front desk. I wanted to request swapping the afternoon tea for an additional breakfast. Lucy was incredibly diligent and responsible in confirming my needs and successfully arranged for the switch. This perfectly met our family of three's basic breakfast requirements for our stay, and we were very grateful at the time. However, Lucy went above and beyond for us, relaying our feedback to the hotel management. We are incredibly grateful that the hotel promptly responded to our needs by upgrading our original package (one breakfast, one afternoon tea) to *two* breakfasts and one afternoon tea, all without any change in price! After the package was updated, Lucy contacted us immediately, guiding us through cancelling the old booking and rebooking the new one. This thoughtful gesture not only ensured breakfast for our family of three but also allowed our child to enjoy a special 'World Games' themed cake. Beyond the exceptional service, the room facilities were, of course, top-notch. Our child was absolutely delighted watching the planes. The hotel's Western dinner offered excellent value for money, and the breakfast quality was absolutely superb. Everything was fantastic. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the proactive customer-centric approach shown by staff like Lucy, who not only thinks for the customer but also takes concrete action. And, of course, the hotel's incredible responsiveness to guest requests! Our child still hasn't had enough of watching planes, so we certainly hope to stay here again in the future.

Service: Both the male and female staff were incredibly kind and enthusiastic. Due to our tight schedule, we had a lot of packages delivered and food ordered to the hotel, which caused quite a bit of trouble for the front desk staff. However, they handled everything without a hint of dissatisfaction and even delivered items directly to our room door. Facilities: Excellent value for money. The hotel also offers free laundry service, which was a lifesaver after getting caught in the rain. The wash and dry process was super quick. Hygiene: Very good. I usually bring disposable sheets and duvet covers, but I didn't feel the need to this time. Shuangliu Airport pick-up/drop-off service once: This saved us a lot of hassle and was a great experience. Highly recommend staying here.
