提前好幾天就訂的20-25平的雅緻大床房，指定三樓的房間，規則不可取消，房費九百多，晚上九點多的時候被安排了一間15平不到的小間，明顯貨不對版，嚴重的誠信問題，找酒店反應情況衹回覆了一句不好意思。跟攜程投訴才開始理會道歉，表示酒店十一生意太好，沒有更大的房間了。回房間一看被子上好多乾草屑，還發現頭髮絲，壓根被套都沒換過，床單上也好不到哪去，要求全部換掉，鋪床阿姨還滿臉憤恨。睡前地板上發現死了多天的大蒼蠅，不知到這酒店是怎麼管理的。旅遊旺季開了一個多小時山路到這山頂，也沒別的選擇，該睡睡，該吃吃，該玩玩吧，餘下的交給攜程處理。希望店家以後能誠信為本經營，誰都不傻對吧！打算預訂的遊客請入住第一時間確認房型面積，有問題找攜程反饋！

環境一般，隔音太差，前台不熱情，愛搭不理的，知道國慶價格貴，但是有什麼至少介紹下吧，估計對我們這種定便宜房的就這樣，看有的態度挺好，還有大家備好吃的，哪裡不太方便，又貴又不好吃。

説是庭院房，房間直接在地下一樓，非常小光線也不好真的很失望，行李也沒人幫忙拿一下，我訂了三間房全部都在地下一樓，廁所都沒窗户，蚊子超多電蚊香液直接不通電手上和臉上都被蚊子咬，晚上居然有老鼠直接在浴盆旁邊拉的老鼠屎，兩個床之間沒有牀頭櫃非常不方便，床頭正對兩個燈我不知道是什麼操作，總之這個價格住這種房間真的是太坑了，早上起來我把所有的行李都用酒精噴了一遍，臉都沒洗趕緊走了

很一般，不是很乾凈，窗簾全是很臟的，晚上也特吵，看到酒店特色晚上有篝火晚會才特意訂的房，問前台的時候一直説不清楚，不知道，晚上8點問也説不知道，有可能突然就會有活動，等到9點多都沒有，我就猜到是忽悠式的，當天晚上人還挺多的，人多也沒搞活動，還不如住下面一點的民宿，還有除非是社牛，不然晚上除了坐那拍個照啥意思也沒有。員工們個別態度差死了，花800塊住一晚受氣死了，還不如住五星級酒店。

2.房間外觀是現代質感的建築，簡潔典雅，造型剛中有柔，盡顯地域建築風情。寬敞的陽台，白天可感受陽光的明媚，晚上可享受滿天星光的浪漫。流連忘返。
了,非常滿意！酒店位置步行即可酒店有自己的停車場，取東西很方便。酒店大堂氣派涼快，早餐豐盛，房間乾淨整潔舒適，新風系統不用開窗就可以換氣，避免了蚊蟲叮咬，總之非常滿意的一次出遊！
4.房問很整潔，有很多小設計，關中傳統民宿老物件和現代簡約設計混搭令人耳目一新。房問設施齊全，很新，迴歸核心主題，床睡着很舒服，疲憊一掃而空。早餐不錯，簡潔可口，茶餐廳環境很棒，用餐體驗滿分。
午餐晚餐也可以在這裏吃哦。 每一個前台服務都很好很熱情。可以説是無微不至。種草了，以後有機會還要來住。
5.房間非常乾淨，香薰的味道非常舒服。裝修風格簡潔，整體服務人員的素質也很高，不管是打掃，還是辦理入住，都非常流暢，感覺很舒服。服務態度更是超級好

一個山谷裏的民宿，選二樓可以看到晚上的音樂表演，當然也會吵到他們唱完收隊才睡得着。房間不大，放東西的地方少點，床具衞生都挺好，服務生小帥哥禮貌友好。樓下晚上有燒烤吃，八元一串，有兩家攴廳，靠山邊那家挺不錯，西紅柿炒雞蛋很下飯。來草原的十八彎山路陡峭，自駕都有點想吐不舒服，來了就是玩人工設施大草原，門票*貴，五點就收攤。感覺這地方來玩一次就夠了

民宿風景優美，環境佈置超讚，晚上還有篝火晚會和燒烤。房間乾淨整潔，睡覺舒服，工作人員責任心強。我的證件丟在山上，我回來後工作人員幫我找到，還幫我郵寄到家。總之非常棒，去仰天湖首選的民宿。

民宿靠近仰天湖大門，應該算是官方的民宿吧，第一屆篝火晚會也是在這裏舉行，可惜我們訂早了房，篝火晚會當天就退房了，沒能參加真的有點遺憾。房間不大，還算整潔的，不能期待太高，哈哈，民宿前面有個大草坪，山坡上還搭建了很多帳篷，適合各種擺拍，早上還可以走到帳篷上面的平台去看日出。
