Absolutely loved our stay at Astra Sky River Chiang Mai! Everything was perfect the room was spotless, the location was super convenient, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooftop pool with panoramic views was a major highlight and the overall facilities were top-notch. This place is perfect for a relaxing getaway with friends. Highly recommended!

It was one of the most comfortable rooms we ever had in this Astra Sky River condo and we enjoyed the interior the small details all the amenities that were left for us, even the washing liquid, flowers, and the view is definitely better on this side

Nice rooms.
No staff on reception, and staff are extremely unhelpful. We couldn’t check in, as i didn’t recieve a second email telling me how to collect my key from a mailbox, which i had to find myself. We were only closely saved by google translate after a long and stressful day already.
Online it stated check in was any time between 11am and 11pm but we got kicked out of our room at midday.
No teabags provided in the room, but a kettle was? disappointing considering the supposed calibre of this hotel chain. However very helpful and friendly cleaners. Make them manager?!
Also the keycard for the lift only worked for your own floor and the rooftop, so we struggled to visit our friends rooms, also disappointing

Fantastic. The rooms were a bit small but it has the best rooftop pool I've ever seen. Spectacular views of Chiang Mai from the pool.
