The staff that worked there were amazing! They brought us fresh fruit, tea and cake whenever we were in our room after long day of adventure. The staff were friendly and lovely and the room was always spotless and clean. Decent location. We would 100% stay here again. I’m very happy that I found this place. I spent a lot of time searching and reading reviews. I was instantly glad that I made the right decision. The room looks like it did in the photos, beautiful. Everything was new and immaculate. The location is about a 5-7 minute walk from Tha Pae Gate and all the bars and restaurants. There is also a nightly food street market nearby with delicious foods to try. It’s quite nice to be a few minutes away from all the noisy bars and restaurants. Try the Chai restaurant for great nighttime music from around 9pm. The See You Soon restaurant had daily visits because of its delicious Thai food and cocktails. You can tap in and out as you wish. Everything was very easy here. It was easy to get from here to any of the main locations for tourists. David was very lovely and helped me navigate everything that I wanted to do. If you aren’t sure about anything he has lots of tips to help you navigate your stay in Chiang Mai. His mum was also lovely and welcoming. Really glad that I booked this hotel. I ended up booking an additional 5 days! Thank you David!

This is a newly built, family-run small hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are on the small side, yet adequate. Materials, mattress and linens are of good quality, the owners are friendly. The pool is very small. The neighborhood is safe and not too far from the Old City, the wall. The breakfast, both Western style and Asian, isn't edible. The price is too high compared to similar establishments in CM.

The hotel's location was a true gem, conveniently close to everything Chiang Mai has to offer. Just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport, we didn't waste any time getting to our luxurious haven. Moreover, we were delighted to find ourselves just 5 minutes away from the bustling walking markets, immersing ourselves in the vibrant local culture and flavors. As we took leisurely strolls around the area, we were delighted to find that the enchanting old town was merely a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Exploring the historical sites and charming streets became a daily ritual, and we cherished every moment of it. One aspect that stood out for us was the hotel's tranquil setting on a quiet road, surrounded by locals. The sense of safety and peace added to the overall serenity of the place, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. Our stay at Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel has truly been one of the best experiences we've had in Chiang Mai. We are already eagerly planning our next visit, as we can't wait to relive the wonderful memories and create new ones in this extraordinary haven. This hotel was absolutely a disappointment. In fact, it should not be called a hotel, but a simple no-service B&B. 1. It's supposed to be a rather new building but our room was not clean at all. Hair on the floor, on the table; dirty stuff near the sink... 2. All things in this place made you felt they didn't care and sloopy- no one made you feel welcome, the receptionist didn't want you to ask any question at all, never greet you even on arrival, never greet you in the morning, never offer any help in directions or luggage. All things said, "do not bother me". The toiletries were of poor quality. Toothbrush was bendable and easy broken for 1 time use. No conditioner, no disposable slippers... they made you feel really cheap. But the rate they charged was more than a lot of better places in Chiang Mai. The pool was a joke. Don't expect to swim in it. Overall, the photos were much better than the real things and I feel deceived. 3. Lotcaion was bad and difficult to get a car with with Grab and Bolt. 4. Breakfast was no choice and terrible. I felt hungry after their breakfast. One of the worst hotel experience.

We stayed in Le Ville Lanna for 4 nights with our family. The accommodation is new and in perfect condition. David and his mum are the sweetest and most helpful hosts, and will do anything to make your stay pleasant. The location is good, just outside the Old Town, very quiet. The small pool is a nice extra, to cool off after a long day.

Stayed with friends for almost a week and spent a very comfortable and wonderful time here Located in the lower right corner of the ancient city, not far from major shopping malls and the ancient city. Grabs cost about 100 baht. The rooms are simple and tidy. Basic supplies are provided. There is also daily housekeeping to replenish water and clean the house for you, but you may need to be a little clearer. Gather the garbage bit by bit. They may be afraid of throwing away the things you still want to keep. The boss lady and the staff are very enthusiastic. We even found out through the passport that someone in our group had a birthday. They specially prepared a birthday surprise for us. If you like to be quiet and have your own space, and have a clear distinction between fun and rest, this is perfect for you! Stayed with friends for a week, we had a very comfortable and wonderful time here. Located in the southeast corner of the Old City, it's close to all major shopping areas and the Old City itself, with Grab rides costing around 60-100 THB. The rooms are classic, elegant, and equipped with basic amenities. The owner and staff are incredibly welcoming. They even noticed from our passports that one of us had a birthday and prepared a special birthday surprise for us. If you enjoy quiet places with your own space and like to clearly separate fun and relaxation, this place is perfect for you.

The location is very good, quiet in the bustle. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the ancient city and 15 minutes to Tha Pae Gate. Very close to the Saturday night market. Stayed for four nights. The owner was warm and considerate and the room was clean and tidy. Everything is fine except there is no place to hang towels. Breakfast is a customized meal, including noodles, kuey teow, bread, etc. All in all highly recommended! !

This is a brand new B&B that has just opened. It is located very close to the ancient city of Chiang Mai and is convenient for travel. Breakfast is a simple, freshly prepared meal. The boss, mother and son are very enthusiastic. The swimming pool in the picture is probably more decorative than practical. You won’t know how big it is until you get there.

This is not a hotel at all. I don’t know why Trip would recommend it to me. The location is very bad. Every time I use grab, I can’t get a car. I have to go out to the street to get a car. I booked a family suite, which is actually much smaller than the picture. The hygiene is not good, the ground floor is dirty, and there is no children's supplies for the extra charge. It is 1300hkd per night. We have three children, and we will be charged for one more child when we arrive. The family room is upstairs and downstairs, but there is only one bathroom. The stairs are very small and narrow, which is more dangerous for children. What's even worse is that there is a row of small windows, but there are no curtains to cover them, so they are woken up by the sun early in the morning! Even if it was half the price, I wouldn't choose this place. Such a bad experience. The only good thing is that the service is okay. But you have to go downstairs and ask for anything by yourself. I booked this hotel at first because I was unfamiliar with it. I wanted to say that the quarantine airport was close, but I didn’t know that I couldn’t cancel even if I wanted to cancel later, so I couldn’t check in. In fact, it was worse than I imagined! This is just a small B&B in a poor location, and there are no USB plugs in the room, which is very, very inconvenient! All in all, it’s not a good experience!

I am most satisfied with this hotel in Chiang Mai. Generally speaking, it is a good choice to experience the "small town story". The hotel is very close to the ancient city of Chiang Mai on foot. It is in a small alley. Many people may not like such a quiet and down-to-earth place in the alley. But in fact, I really enjoyed Chiang Mai’s authentic place with “a small town full of stories”. The overall stay experience was very impressive, especially the hotel hostess Ms.Pan who was very welcoming. Don't look at this hotel as a mini boutique hotel. But the hotel's bright white design and peaceful, warm atmosphere made us feel like home when we checked in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel staff are warm and friendly, providing attentive service.

Cute hotel but far from the main road Near Wat Daowadueng The check-out date at the hotel was a bit confusing. I thought the towel was stuck to the customer. Even though it wasn't given to me from the beginning. It's good to have pictures taken. Krua Phayao restaurant is delicious.

A very satisfying trip. The hostess was very enthusiastic and had fruit every day. The room was also very clean, thank you very much. It was very quiet, which was the most important thing for me.
