Because of my travel schedule changes . I booked for only one day here. A very warm and comfortable stay!
Among the five hotels I stayed at this month, this one had the best shower.
7-11 not far. Restaurants,temples, massage all are easy to go.
Downsides:
There were a mosquitoes in the room。
Also, there’s no power socket near the mirror, so I couldn’t use my own hair dryer while looking in the mirror.

I had an amazing time staying here. The host lady is so lovely and kind, and her breakfast each morning was the highlight of my day. When I left, I really felt like I was leaving a good friend! The rooms are bright, clean and have everything you need. It was really one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Not just for the value, but also the hospitality and service. Will be back again!

Perfect location, helpful and friendly owner, clean and nice room, delicious breakfast! Would recommend for a short stay to explore the city or during transfer flights.

The hotel located near Wat Para Singh and 15 - 20 minutes walk to Wua Lai walking street market.
Hotel is simple but breakfast is good, the menu changes everyday.
Overall we enjoyed staying here. Good deal with good breakfast.

We enjoyed being here; we actually extended to stay 2 more night. Very comfortable room and huge bd; great breakfast included; coffee and water bottle at discretion. Good location in old city and fair price. Ticks all the boxes.

Wonderful little place in the old town of Chiang Mai. Loved the room, attention to detail, very friendly staff and easy checkin-checkout. Breakfast was also good.
