It was a good location and the room was huge. It was also nicely decorated in an old Thai style which made it a very ambient place to stay. However, it’s very dated and clearly hasn’t had any upgrades. The bathroom was horrible and while technically it has been cleaned, there was so much mould in the shower tiles and a huge section of the ceiling was mouldy as well. It was not pleasant to go there especially as it’s where you want to go to get clean.

The building looks scary and creepy from outside. But after a couple of days, it started to feel very comfortable.

The Day before i left, i was going to eat buffet in the hotel restaurant, and found a dead rat, right outside the door, inside on 1 floor.
I told reception clerk and she just smiles and Said thank you.
This is not good for a hotel, rats inside near restaurant.

He had a lovely stay at Lotus. The hotel it’s in a great location, nice swimming pool and friendly staff. The cleaner service was very good and all at a fair price.
