I spent 6 nights at this hotel and it was a very comfortable stay. The bed is the largest I’ve ever seen in a hotel, it had a soft topper on and the pillows were of good quality.
The AC is a bit old but it does the job. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the location is great. I can only recommend this place

Good Location, Good Location, Good Location! And So Much More.
Hands down the best location for a family stay in Chiang Mai's Old City. Decharme Hotel is right next to the beautiful Wat Phra Singh, which made sightseeing an absolute breeze. We walked everywhere! The hotel itself is fantastic. The pool is spacious and was a life-saver for keeping the kids entertained and cool. The service was consistently friendly and attentive, making our whole family feel very welcome. Amazing value for what you get. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

Great value hotel, clean and sanitary environment, with a swimming pool (although we didn't use it). Very good location, there are many high-scoring restaurants on Google Maps nearby, and we picked a few without disappointment. The only problem is that there is no elevator, but the room is on the second floor, so no elevator is acceptable. The front desk is very welcoming

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Chiang Mai! The staff were very polite, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the start. The entire place was clean and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. The bed was super cozy—perfect after a long day of exploring! I slept really well every night.
Special mention to the manager—she was incredibly sweet, friendly. She even helped me find some great local spots to explore, which really made my trip extra special!
I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Great service, great location, and great people!

The hotel is in a prime location, right by the Sunday Night Market and on a major street, making transportation pickups very convenient. The exterior features a spacious parking lot, which was great for our airport transfer. The property also offers valuable amenities such as a pool and coin-operated laundry. The staff were kind and accommodating, adding a positive touch to our stay.
However, the rooms were disappointing compared to the photos shown online. The images featured remodeled rooms, but the rooms—particularly those with purple accents—were older and less appealing. Our room had a dirty bathtub with a moldy shower curtain liner and equally gross shower ventilation fan, outdated or broken furniture, and a TV that stopped working on our last night. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was weak during the day, making it challenging to stay connected. The breakfast was also overly oily, prompting us to choose other dining options after the first morning.
While the location and staff made our stay convenient and pleasant in some respects, the outdated and poorly maintained rooms make me question how this is listed as a four-star hotel. I can’t recommend this hotel based solely on its location, and I suggest that management focus on updating the rooms and improving cleanliness and the quality of breakfast.

The room I stayed in on the first floor was dimly lit and completely different from the photos.
There were a lot of mosquitoes flying around, so I sprayed myself with the insect repellent I had brought with me.
I also purchased a late check-out plan for 2pm, but they said that was a mistake on their part.
I negotiated by saying, ”It's written on the voucher!” and was told that check-out was until 1pm, but a member of staff came to my room and said, ”Check-out time is 12pm.”
In the end, I was able to use the room until 1pm and no additional charges were incurred, but I wonder how the reservation is managed.
I'd like to think that it was just a case of poor communication.

Clean, spacious room with a good air conditioner and a comfortable (firm) bed. The room had a wardrobe and a dressing table with a mirror. Extra pillows were provided upon request and we were able to check in a bit early at no additional cost. Location is right on the border of the Old City, very close to a 7-11 and a night street food market.

Very satisfied with a stay experience! The hotel service attitude is very good, no deposit is required, and the facilities and equipment are very new and the hygiene is very clean. I like it so much, I will stay here next time.

A small hotel in the middle of the moat, near the airport. There is a small parking lot. On the day we checked in, the rooms were full, but luckily, our room was the only one that we could park our car in. We booked a large room that could sleep 6 people. It was a good size and not cramped. The owner was very kind. The room was not new, but it was clean. There were some marks on the walls, but it did not affect our stay. It is near Wat Phra Singh, within walking distance. There are restaurants nearby, and the owner (I think he is the owner) is very kind. I would like to deduct 1 point for cleanliness. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell, but if you close the door, you can’t smell it. It is not because the room is not clean, but I think the problem is the drainpipe. (This room should have only this problem.) If I go to Chiang Mai again, I think I will try staying at another place in the same chain. If I remember correctly, it should be called Little Bear’s Home, which is also in the moat.

The room decor is quite tasteful. However, we encountered a drainage issue in the bathroom, but the owner quickly helped us resolve it. Also, a reminder for those carrying large luggage—there is no elevator, so you’ll need to carry it upstairs. Other than that, there weren’t any major issues.

Outstanding
NniniganziThis hotel has been beautifully renovated. I was so lucky to stay here! The reception staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect: right in front of Chang Puak Night Market and within walking distance of Old Town. The area was bright and well-lit, which was a plus. Since it had been renovated, I didn't see a single bug, and it was incredibly clean. It was my first time staying in a room without even an ant, which was truly impressive. There's a 1,000 baht deposit. There's a smoking area outside. Because it's a sunflower-like building, I couldn't use the filtered showerhead. But it wasn't inconvenient. There's a bathtub, good drainage, and no noise issues. There's also an elevator, quiet air conditioning, and the room has a mirror and vanity, making it incredibly comfortable. There were plenty of outlets, even USB ports. I was passing by and the hotel's exterior was so pretty that I stayed for three days, and I want to stay here again. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, and I was impressed by his constant attention to detail and dedication to making things convenient. The meticulous attention to detail in the renovation was palpable, and it was so clean that I could almost believe it was newly built. It was the best experience I've ever had. I highly recommend it.

TTiger911The hotel is located next to the South Gate, let's call it the South Gate. Across the road is the ancient city wall and moat, which is convenient for travel. The room facilities are good, larger than the previous one, and it is not bad to live in. As for mosquitoes and small insects, I haven't noticed them yet. Maybe they also start hibernating in December? There are small ants, but they can be ignored.
The front desk staff are very enthusiastic. There is an elevator up and down. Compared with hotels of the size of a homestay, the elevator is very friendly to large boxes😃
There is a restaurant or a cafe next to the hotel lobby. The breakfast is Westernized but delicious. I forgot to take pictures of the dishes, haha! Although it is a little more expensive than eating out, it is worth it.
The room facing the street where we stayed was basically not noisy with the windows closed, and there were fewer passing vehicles after 10:30 pm.
As for what is Lanna style, I need to slowly check it out in the future.

GGuest UserIt is in the old city, less than 300 meters away from Chiang Mai Gate and more than 800 meters away from Tha Pae Gate. There are several temples around it, and the Saturday and Sunday night market is just a stone's throw away. The boss is very nice, and coffee and tea are very convenient. The price is very affordable. It is worth recommending.

SSylvia SungThe service was very friendly. As soon as we got off the bus to the hotel, a receptionist came out to greet us. They also gave us coconut water to cool off and filled in the confirmation of check-in information~
After filling out the form, we had our next itinerary. They helped us deliver our luggage to the room. When we returned to the hotel, someone took us to the room and introduced the facilities in the room.
The room is huge! And the sound is great! The surround effect is very good. You can continue to listen to music while taking a shower in the bathroom. The speakers in the bathroom and sofa area can be connected to different mobile devices ~

LLaoxiaguangcaichangThe rooms are neat, clean, stylish and beautiful, and the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. Miracle Wall Hotel will definitely be my first choice when I come to Chiang Mai in the future. I hope to add coffee and laundry facilities and equip a breakfast room. Because Thailand is a coffee producing country, and the production area is in Chiang Mai. You can drink the fragrant Chiang Mai coffee when you arrive at the hotel, which will definitely attract more tourists. Coffee can be made into drip coffee or sold directly. Many tourists have such needs. If a breakfast room is equipped, it can save tourists' time and the hotel can increase income. In addition, adding laundry facilities to facilitate tourists has become a trend and will also become an advantage of the hotel.

LLucy LuA great little hotel to stay that’s in a central location to the Sunday market walking street! Hotel was clean and we noticed a cute theme of the hobbit throughout the hotel. We did not use many of the amenities but there is an outdoor pool when you first walk into the hotel and a small restaurant on the side. The staff were super friendly, they checked us in earlier than check in time and they went out of their way to prepare our take away breakfast when we had to depart early for our elephant sanctuary trip. Our only negative was the street the hotel is on was quite loud at night, the neighbouring store had a small party that went on until the middle on the night and it could be heard quite loudly from our room. Perhaps asking the hotel for a different room, facing away from the street would be good.

BBIYII'm going to blow up this hostel. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are clean. The landlord is actively pursuing hygiene every day. Every day I heard that he played jazz music for hygiene, and there were flowers. I had only lived for 5 days, and my friends and I stayed for another 4 days. Will stay here again in the future. Even more comfortable than some hotels.
