距離蘇我站很近。去東京市區的話，也方便。大概990日元單程，一個小時多些。
主要這裏價格便宜。還有公共温泉。
温泉營業時間很長，下午15點到次日10點。
温泉很小的一個池子，帶三個坐淋和一個小桑拿房。晚上有免費小冰棍，早上有免費養樂多。
夜裡21:30～23:00有免費的夜宵麪條。
整體還是不錯的，房間比市區商務酒店還大一些些。
附近有好幾家日本居民去的超市，尤其這家步行10分鐘不到的BELC我很喜歡。營業到24點，20點開始部分生鮮打20%，21點開始打50%。體會到了日本人夜裡搶半價的樂趣。尤其生魚片，種類很多，也很新鮮。

散發著氯氣味兒的小池子，洗不乾淨衣服的洗衣機，兩口能吃完的麪，讓人想起了90年代的國企澡堂子，後者卻沒有氯氣味兒。

自動感知センサーが故障し、深夜、対応してもらったものの、設備の必要性が？？
また、風呂のロッカーと風呂のエリアが小さく、順番待ちせざるを得なかった…

駅から近くアクセスが最高。
アメニティが充実しているので、女性には嬉しいと思う。
夜11時まで「よなきそば」のサービスがあって嬉しかった。
また出張の際には利用したい。

幕張メッセでのイベント時に泊まりました。
イベント後も京葉線は混雑する逆方面ですし、海浜幕張に行く際は始発になるので交通の便も良いです。
施設としては、小さいながらも温泉とサウナがらあるのと、ラーメンやヤクルトのちょっとしたサービスが何気にありがたいので、幕張近辺でのビジネス関連で利用するのも有りです。
