This was one pf the best hotel stays ever. From welcome ap to departure. Great team, spotless clean and comfortable room. Great concept where even small might be outstanding. Thank you.

In the hotel room, iPads are used to control the lights, curtains and TV. It is full of technology and the location is also very good.

In the hotel in 2022, check-in and check-out are self-service, the room is small but very new, the pad controls the room equipment, the location is in the city center, and the price is basically satisfactory.

Amazing the cutest art deco capsule hotel just loved it and location was perfect steps away from Miracle Mile shopping and restaurants. Loved the iPad in the room that controlled everything!! The little stuffed doll on the bed was the sweetest touch!! Also loved the rain shower:))) Prices were excellent for everything you get!
Definitely recommend this hotel if you check out Chicago

Eco-friendly new hotel in downtown Chicago! The room/experience was unlike hotel stay I've ever had! Self check-in/out at kiosk. COMFY king size bed right on wall y der window. Mood lights in the bathroom. Nice shower. App-controlled everything from the shade, to the lights, to the TV, to the temp. The place was clean and I felt safe. It is NOT for a family, or friends uncomfortable sleeping in the same bed as all rooms have the same layout with the king size bed.

We love CitizenM hotels. They never disappoint! Always excellent service and staff, delicious breakfast with plenty of options, and great location.

Citizen M was a great hotel, the room was a little small, but very convenient. It was walking distance from a lot of shops and restaurants. The main floor common area was perfect for relaxing. And the bed was really comfortable. If you’re staying there, definitely request a Michigan Avenue room.
