Great location

The booking interface shows that the store payment is $61.29, but the actual credit card settlement is $142.16! I don't know what the fee is, and I don't speak foreign languages ​​well, so I can't understand it! But the overall feeling is good! It is zero distance from the Weftec venue, the first floor is accessible, and there are sofas on the first floor to rest! There is a paid breakfast on the first floor, and there are waiters who speak Chinese!

The parking lot is charged. There is no limit to the number of times a day. The overall environment and services are good. The price is relatively high. A little distance from the most prosperous place. If you don't have a car, it may be a bit expensive to use an uber

This was one of, if not the single worst hotel experience we have ever had. The staff was incredibly rude, and unhelpful. Property was in complete disarray organizationally. Everything was in complete chaos. Just an awful experience all the way around.

All staff was very friendly and helpful. It was our first time staying in downtown. We stayed for the Chicago Auto show. We had a blast. Our experience was wonderful. Room was veey clean. We will definitely be back

We paid for parking and we’re told that we were able to come and go during our stay and when we checked out they charged us double for parking because they said we had already left. Very frustrating.

We love the location, self parking is easy access to your car and you can park here almost all day after checking out.

Everything was good except the part where I had no tub nor an operating TV. I called guest services and had an engineer come in my room only to advise a previous guest had to rest the tv and it was nothing he can do pretty much. Please be advised he was very friendly, all of whom I encountered gave me great professionalism! Just hate I had to use my phone the whole night and couldn’t watch the TV whatsoever.

We had a nice experience. The reservation is misleading, as we paid extra for "City Views" and we did not get city views. I even asked when we were checking in if we had city views and we were told yes. We didn't let that affect our stay, but we really wish we would've had the full Chicago-view experience. Too bad. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and clean.

There were very few people in the hotel, and it was extremely overpriced. It was nearly empty, and I had to request toilet paper and towels. I don’t understand why this hotel feels privileged to charge exorbitant fees for minimal service. Disappointed.

The service here was very below expectations at the rate I paid for my stay. Enthusiasm and attentiveness was at an all time low compared to other times I’ve stayed here in the past. I always have a saying from background in the service industry….Instead of saying no find a way to say yes.
