Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, with family, friends or solo, this comfortable 2-bedroom in a classic 1896 Chicago Greystone is fully furnished with 2 queen size beds and a full kitchen that will offer the perfect place to unwind during your stay in Chicago. The location is a great launching pad for access to anywhere in the city. Parking on the street is free and accessible. It is close to 90/94, several main bus lines and within walking distance of 3 Blue Line stations. The building is what is commonly referred to as a Classic Chicago Greystone and was constructed in 1896. We have worked to maintain what remains of the original wood floors, trim and windows. The kitchen and bathroom have both been upgraded within the last 10 years. Avondale is one of Chicago’s (kind of) best kept secrets. We are close to a number of amazing, well-known restaurants like Kuma’s Corner, Pissolino and The Wolfhound, all of which are within walking distance. Beer connoisseurs will like being one block away from the Beer Temple, and coffee lovers will enjoy being close to Caravanserai, a Dark Matter coffeehouse. We are also close to Logan Square and all that it has to offer. The building is a hop, skip and a jump from I-90/94, offering you easy access to anywhere in the Chicagoland area. We are also close to two main bus lines and 3 Blue Line stations. Uber and Lyft drivers are typically here within minutes. Our neighborhood is subdued and tree lined; the street is a one-way with accessible, free street parking at most hours of the day. Guest access Guests can access all rooms on the first floor and can use the patio in the backyard; we request that you let us know early in the day if you’d like to use it. Great Apartment We had a great vacation stay at this apartment in Logan Square. There were some very nice restaurants and bars near by and the trip into the museums and botanical gardens was convenient. The hosts were very accommodating, reliable and communicative. Especially appreciated the coffee, tea, sugar, Brita water, etc that were provided (as well as the clear instructions for how to work appliances/doors). Thanks for a great stay!

Great home! Beautiful home close to our family in Logan Square which makes it great for visits. It was comfortable, clean and Tom was great at communicating. Will be back!

Gem in charming neighborhood This place has so much historical charm and character. The place was spotless and fully stocked. The bus stop was only 400 ft away taking us directly to the airport train. We were able to get to Wrigley Field and downtown with the public transit 7day pass for 20. Bars, restaurants, convenience stores all within a 7 minute walk. The host had many recommendations. Wolfhound bar had the best hamburgers and homemade ketchup. We felt safe in this neighborhood walking at night. It was the perfect place for our first experience to Chicago. Would book again!

Great hosts Property was easy to access. Great place to relax and enjoy some peace. Loved the decor! Hosts were super friendly and it was easy to communicate with them. Fenced yard for our dogs was great!

Clean enough to eat off the floor! We have been using rentals for 10 yrs. and without a doubt this is one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in. There is a genuine feel of being at home with this rental. The owners thought of any and every need you could have, from multiple coffee choices to extra bed sheets & towels to books and games. They even have a record player, which I am a huge fan of the vinyl's. Check in was a breeze, neighborhood was easy to navigate very close to Downtown and the owners were there for any needs.

Great experience! Neighborhood is awesome and quiet, house is very welcoming and SO charming. Super cozy and comfortable. The hosts also went above and beyond to help us enjoy our 1st trip to Chicago. Would definitely return!
