The hotel is in the city center and you can walk to many scenic spots. It is close to the subway station. The front desk service is warm and gifted with hotel bar discount coupons. The view on the 26th floor of the high-rise city view is good. One point is that there are security guards for security when you check in. The disadvantage is that the sound insulation of the hotel is relatively poor, and the noise of the air conditioner is relatively loud, which needs to be improved

Fantastic location, perfect to walk even in the cold Chicago weather, parking is connected and the building is warm and welcoming! Hotel and room were both very clean and well lit. Front desk was helpful and friendly! Will definitely stay next time I’m in town!

Upon arrival on Nov 30 I informed front desk one of the rooms(king bed) I booked/paid for the party was not able to stay that night Nov 30 because of an emergency situation that happened. They rebooked their flight and we're going to stay Dec 1 only at Spring Hill suites. When they arrived on Saturday morning they were told a fee would be charged for $140. I am disputing this fee as the front desk was told the party was only staying one night. Please refund this amount. Thank you, Petrina Moran

Pros: Excellent location with easy access to downtown Chicago, easy self-parking options, extremely comfortable bed and pillows.
Cons: Very dated property with interior finishes in common areas and the rooms really needing a refresh and update. Felt dark and dingy. Bathroom exhaust fan was completely ineffective to remove shower steam and bathroom odors, which made the room unpleasant. Plus, the grout in the shower area was covered in red mold or mildew. The coffee maker in the room did not work.

This hotel offers an easy pull up area to unload and prepare your vehicle for Valet parking. Every staff member we encounterd was very nice. The hotel is clean, modern, and rooms were spacious.

Decent area. Very comfortable bed and pillows. No security safe in the room which was very odd given it's 2023.
