Great apartment in downtown loop with close access to attractions, comfortable beds, great bathrooms and large kitchen . Highly recommended. Some minor traffic noise but hey you're in the centre so expected some. Bus stops and L train stations within 2 minutes walk.

Property lacks attention and has had low quality care- potential environmental issues. Upon arrival to room greeted with stench which was finally isolated to stagnant dishwasher area. Running a cycle with soap seemed to clear the issue. There was extensive water damage to most of bathroom ceiling and hallway, and it looks like a repaint was attempted. But yellowing and molding from redamage is coming back though. We were somewhat concerned about airborne mold but my fiancé decided against relocating. The bed didnt sit right and further inspection revealed that a leg had broken off and someone attempted to replace it with a stack of pieces of plywood. The bedrooms were much smaller than how they appeared in photos, so much so that you cant actually close the door without moving the bed, which would have knocked it off the jenga stack. Other than that, it was fine

The ubication is perfect and near to Jackson station, we loved it. In the downtown and near to the big attractions of Chicago. We I’m come back to Chicago I’ll look to book it again. The departamentos is son comfy

The location was amazing. Plenty to do and see in Chicago and we were in the heart of it all. Easy spot to Uber to and from. The accommodations were perfect. We loved having so many bathrooms for getting ready each day. The mains space was great for gathering and hanging out after a full day of seeing the sights. On our last morning we walked a half a block and had an excellent brunch at Meli Cafe.

Fair price and efficient unfortunately the street activity in close proximity to property was quite sketchy

We booked a 4 bedroom and a 3 bedroom apartment. We took the blue line train for $5 from the airport and it stopped very close to the apartment which worked well. The location of the apartment was good to reach most of the sights if you wanted to walk. The apartment was clean, beds comfortable, shower powerful and plenty of hot water. The problem with the apartments was the total lack of privacy that they gave. Two bedrooms came off the kitchen area but the wall stopped at top of door level leaving just a gap to the ceiling. This meant that you were awake the whole time someone was in the kitchen and the noise and light came into every room. You could hear every conversation had in every room so no privacy whatsoever. I do not want to go on holiday and have to get up at the same time as everybody else it is meant to be a break. Would be a nightmare too if you had kids you were trying to keep asleep. When I checked the website to complain in the small print it did mention the lack of walls so nothing we could do about it but as we missed this wanted to make it clearer to everyone else.

Pictures of this location are VERY manipulating. This building is very outdated and need lots of foundation work just to close the doors in the rooms. Security guard served of no purpose as the trouble kids stayed outside smoking **** and yelling at eachother. Customer service was good but staff at location was horrible

I should have known better but all seemed well until checkout. I was charged a $352.00 charge for security deposit 5 days after I left. Them sent bogus pictures that were taken before I checked out. No help from the chat feature, I was actually blocked by Sonder when I inquired about the charge.

An okay apartment for a few nights, but wouldn’t recommend for anything longer. On the plus side, the bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery etc, but the location is not in a particularly nice area, and, as others have said, I wouldn’t recommend walking around alone after dark. There is an acknowledged issue with the air conditioning/heating, and a sign recommends leaving all windows open. The downside of this is that it is very noisy….especially when a train passes. As we are only here for three nights, it hasn’t been an enormous problem, but I would recommend booking somewhere else if staying for longer.
