來芝加哥遊玩三天二夜，這個酒店的位置不錯，酒店背後有whole foods超市、二條街以外有Trade Joes, 周邊餐廳林立，酒店內早餐及其簡單，麪包和一種水果，牛奶酸奶和茶咖啡是標準配置

Провели в этом отеле 4 дня,
Хороший комфортный номер,
Заселили раньше, за что большое спасибо,
Завтрак обычный для Америки, читала в других отзывах, что ждали еды долго, мы с этим не столкнулись.
Из минусов - за 4 дня проживания не было уборки ни разу, хотя вроде как она должна быть каждый день.
В целом, отель рекомендую!

Hotel perfecto para descubrir Chicago. Situado en el area de river north con restaurantes, supermercados y tiendas cerca. Bien comunicado con el aeropuerto y a 15min andando del riverwalk.

Check in was easy, nice woman at the desk. We were able to get our room right away and it was only 1pm. We felt pretty safe as you need a room key to get to any floor. Our room was pretty clean, except the garbage under the kitchen sink was never emptied and there was an empty cigarette pack in there and it smelled strongly of smoke. We told the front desk and they took care of it right away. Our biggest complaint was the continental breakfast. The food was mediocre and not hot, few selections. But it was free!! Overall, not a bad room for the price. Very good value and a great location, just 4-5 blocks from Michigan Avenue. The security/doorman at the entrance was amazing!!!

Bed sheets was full of hair.. As a visitor I had to go out and buy new sheets and comforter. I called to front desk and requested for new sheets and comforters, never received them. Neither did I get a return call from front desk saying they couldn’t get it up to room or not. Hot water was not working in shower. Had to take a cold shower which as a guest I am expecting at least warm water.

The uniqueness of the hotel is it feels like home with the kitchen and comfortable hotels
I love the city of Chicago and visit frequently and always love booking !!!!
