Property was quiet and well maintained. The views from the bar were outstanding and easily walkable to the salt shed venue.

Hotel was very clean - they clean the room every other night, which is way more often than appears to now be standard. All the staff that we interacted with were kind and friendly. Breakfast was great, much better than other complimentary breakfast bars I’ve had. Thanks Hyatt, I would pick you again!

A warning about the $50 parking fee would have been nice. The hotel was beautiful, but the restaurant/bar and the rooftop were both closed. The staff and valets were extremely nice.

Hotel is great for Salt Shed concerts. Easy walk from the hotel to the venue and back. Service at the hotel was excellent. Room was great. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel right in Wicker Park. We were able to park on a nearby street saving us $50 a day to park. Otherwise the hotel was great- comfortable room, great breakfast, beautiful views, convenient to the area, and it felt safe at all times.

Tired of paying crazy prices for a hotel room and not being perfect. Hair on the wall (I'm bald), leaky toilet, can't open a window, hair on the bed and parking is $50!

I really loved my experience at this hotel; the staff was super nice and helpful, the bartenders at kennedy rooftop were fantastic. The complimentary breakfast and being able to watch the sunrise while eating was a treat. The business area was an added bonus as I was working during my stay. Like I said this was an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone staying in the neighborhood.
