Good location in center with parking, clean, but limited working hours of reception -we adviced our arrival a bit later coming from another city,reception was empty 5 minutes earlier, we rang, no answer, we rang again, a women almost shouted unfriendly that we dont need to ring more times, but we were worried nobody was there. Welcome should be warmer. Room has many restrictions, we didnt even take shower afraid something might happen to towels etc. Its normal things get dirty in hotel, a bit, but here all is prohibited. Bathroom is very small, hard to move in shower.

Great location with a nice view of the canal. The room is very tidy and clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

For a one star it is a decent hotel. The room is not small and overlooks the canal and also sees the bell tower of the cathedral. We arrived outside check-in time but the attendant was very kind. It's a shame for the excessive warnings: don't litter, don't bring sand, etc. The biggest flaw is the noise of the doors opening and closing.

Very bad experience. The only good thing is the location, quiet on a canal and with the possibility of parking the car in front of the hotel. Unique welcome: total dislike for the manager. Room on the fourth floor with the elevator starting from the first. tiny room, but where there is an air conditioner that works well and a small fridge. Horrible bathroom: shower practically over the toilet, no toilet paper. When we asked for it, the manager almost didn't insult us. Never seen such an inability to deal with one's customers. ZERO attention. Old and ordinary furniture, saving money. The impression is that the owners do not invest a single euro in this structure: they are content with hit-and-run tourism guaranteed by the presence of Venice an hour away by boat. €90 per day is not a little for such an accommodation. Excellent location. Large room and bathroom. Comfortable with non-modern, but not broken furniture. The owner Mike kindly advised us on how to get around and where to have dinner. The only note: a few too many written prohibitions, which could lead to a negative reaction from guests, although as was explained to us it depends on the rudeness of those who stayed in the hotel. Overall to be recommended. For everything it deserves another 2 stars....

Hotel near the center of Chioggia, owner very friendly, but very fussy, which is not a bad thing, given that the place is very clean and well served with a lift, although dated, but functional.
