This is my first time staying in a hotel that costs about 400 yuan, and they don’t provide free water refills. This was also the first time I stayed in a hotel and canceled breakfast in the lobby due to the lack of guests. I stayed at this hotel because of the exchange meeting at the Science and Technology Hall Center. I wanted to boil water for tea at night, so I asked the front desk to bring two more bottles of water, but I was told that one bottle would cost 5 yuan. On the second day of check-in, because the main content of the meeting was over, many guests checked out and left the hotel. The front desk informed them that the breakfast in the lobby was cancelled, and was replaced by a simple breakfast list. Each person chose a few, and then the kitchen When it's done, bring it to the room. It's really a surprise. If the hotel owner is so broke, why don't he open a hotel? Guests are charged nearly 400 a night for a room, and they don't even want to give extra bottles of water. You still open a woolen hotel.

Not bad. Food and accommodation are all done in one go. Come back next time

房間整潔乾淨，酒店服務人員也特別熱情，還特別贈送了早餐

酒店風格不錯，設施也挺齊全的，大廳很大，前台服務好，貼心，辦理入住快，房間乾淨整潔，網絡給力，床也很舒服，客房服務員熱情，主動打招呼，停車方便，停車場很大，有洗衣機和烘乾機，早餐種類多，味道也好，服務挺好的很用心，服務態度好，期待下次入住

沒什麼服務意識，我們泡完温泉去的，結果晚上洗澡的時候淋浴間水是温的，給前台打電話衹給我説一句沒有工程師傅，這會沒辦法解決，早上喊值班經理來，結果第二天早上值班經理也沒來，也沒接到任何電話，你們一個四鑽酒店就這服務意識、從頭到尾沒有一句致歉，衞生也做的一般般，鏡子上還有手印，漱口杯下面還有水、我拿兩瓶礦泉水還要收我三塊錢一瓶，是活不起了吧，住這麼多酒店、沒見過哪一家拿兩瓶礦泉水還收錢的，早上七點多外面就開始有施工的聲音，定的時候是看着評分去的，真的是拉垮，一點都對不起這個價格，對了房間沒有一點智能化，馬桶坐起冰屁股，你懂這個天上廁所坐冰馬桶的感受嗎
