The service was very good. The room was very small when I checked in. I was immediately upgraded to a room with a living room that was much more spacious. However, the facilities and environment were relatively old, which somewhat affected the experience. Later, when we extended our stay for another day, the two ladies at the front desk did not understand the situation and had to communicate with each other several times before the problem was resolved. The reason for choosing it is that it is close to Shapingba Station.

The good reviews are for the front desk.
It was a bit scary that the power went off multiple times in the middle of the night. In addition, the housekeepers needed more training... 😇, but the lady at the front desk with a very sweet voice was really nice and responsible in solving the problem.
