因為時間的關係就心急的訂這家酒店，前台服務一副愛理不理的樣，進房間有一股味道，床單不知換沒換，有黃色的印記，還有很大的一個洞，還不如公寓的衞生，不建議住它家

2.房間連一瓶礦泉水都沒有！這也算了！打電話給前台送兩瓶水上來付錢！前台説衹有他一個人走不開要自己去拿！難道沒有保潔阿姨嗎！差評
3. 6月26號晚上台前值班員服務態度很差，語氣很差！在溝通方面 不行！差評

房間非常乾淨，香薰的味道非常舒服。裝修風格簡潔，整體服務人員的素質也很高，不管是打掃，還是辦理入住，都非常流暢，感覺很舒服。服務態度更是超級好！！落了東西在酒店，打電話核實情況後，非常迅速的郵寄了。太感謝了！

給酒店提個建議 你們知不知道房間真的很臭 我半夜都臭醒了 那個廁所一開始進去味道還沒有那麼大 結果後面越來越醜 返臭氣那種 你們也不解決一下嗎 周邊很吵鬧就算了畢竟在修東西也不是你們的問題 還有廁所那個門也是壞的難道不維修嗎

衞生很差 尤其是廁所又舊又張 很老式的裝修 風一吹窗子總是響 感覺不牢固一樣 設施簡單的不能再簡單了 啥也沒有一看就是很撇的洗漱用品 前台服務態度不好愛理不理 還有枕頭很高 高的離譜點都不好睡
