The door lock is not very good and it is a bit uncomfortable. The room is big and it feels like home, the washing machine and refrigerator are very good, I hope the cleaning can be improved, knocking on the door in the morning is a bit disturbing

性價比超高，離景點都很近，房間乾淨衞生，熱水都是獨立的熱水器燒的，非常好用，設施設備也齊全，一次性用品都非常的齊，前台服務態度也好，出地鐵找不到路打電話過去，就告訴我們怎麼走，一下子就找到了，樓下早餐店，夜宵店都多非常方便，體驗感非常滿意的一次入住，

看見網上説的熱水不好，衞生差，説實在話我也是抱着試一試的心態預訂了一晚上，不過入住後沒有踩坑，衞生打掃得乾淨，比如這個空調掛那麼高，空調上都沒有灰塵那麼乾淨，床單被套都是換洗了的，還比較細心的準備了一個晾衣叉，方便晾衣服，交通也十分便利，樓下不遠處有公交站地鐵站，去各個打卡點都近，最親民的就是這個房價了，太便宜了，服務也好，我一開始預訂了就打電話給商家，諮詢怎麼走方便，很耐心的告訴我，出了地鐵沒走冤枉路。值得推薦。毫不猶豫的就把第二天的房續訂了

怎麼説呢，從住的這幾天來看，這家酒店大體上還是可以的。
首先就是酒店位置很不錯，離地鐵七星崗站非常近，不管是從機場來還是從重慶北站來都可以搭10號線直達，很方便。而且周邊有很多飲食店，重慶小麪店就有好幾家，不管吃早飯還是晚餐宵夜都有非常多的選擇，而且味道也都不錯。同時這裏距離解放碑也很近，願意稍微逛一下街的話步行過去都可以，距離周邊的景點比如山城步道、十八梯等等都不遠。另外，我們的房間在39層，在這樣高的樓層可以隨時欣賞窗外的江景。
但是，除此之外，這家酒店在細節上，尤其在衞生間方面卻實在是難稱合格。
1.我們訂的是豪華雙床房，攜程的房間圖片裏顯示的淋浴區域是帶有拉簾的，而且是用的馬桶。但是最開始給到我們的房間卻是蹲坑，且淋浴噴頭就在蹲坑上方。我們選擇這款房間的最大理由就是淋浴和如廁分開，結果卻完全不一樣。跟酒店的人反應了之後，又給我們換了一間，這次是馬桶了，但是淋浴區域依然沒有簾子，相當於洗澡時水會濺到整個衞生間。
2.衞生間的通風換氣功能不知道是壞了還是根本沒有，總之是無法使用，因此上廁所難免會產生味道，我們衹能一邊如廁一邊沖水，一次大便會沖好幾次水。
3.衞生間的地漏居然不在淋浴區域，而在馬桶旁邊，因此洗澡後整個衞生間地面上都是水，穿提供的一次性拖鞋的話會非常滑，很容易摔倒。
4.淋雨的熱水出水有些不太穩定，第一次洗澡的時候很久才出熱水，洗到一半的時候居然沒有熱水了，等了好一會才恢復，第二次的時候倒是沒出現這種情況。
5.最開始衞生間提供的廁紙兩卷都是濕的，明顯是上一位住户洗澡的時候因為沒有隔擋，導致水濺到馬桶上面弄濕的，而酒店人員清理房間時也沒有及時更換新的。
6.洗衣機內居然發現了上一位住户遺留下來的臟衣服，再次説明瞭酒店人員清理房間工作沒做到位。
7.廁所洗臉池裡發現了蟑螂，推測可能是從水池下水道口裡麪爬出來的。
總之，如果不在乎上述細節問題的話，這家酒店還是值得一住的，畢竟位置優越，周邊飲食方便，價格才一百多，性價比很高。

十分滿意 到了以後，給我升級了家庭房，房間的設施，還是很方便的，房間很寬敞，很乾凈，期待下次入住
設施：房間設計的很好 整個房間的佈局精心設計，讓人感到舒適、温馨。
衞生：乾淨整潔，讓人感到非常舒適。
環境：酒店前台服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。但一點也感覺不到嘈雜。環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔。下次還會選擇。

設施：齊全。冰箱、滾筒洗衣機、燃氣熱水器、電吹風 好用。衣架多。窗邊能晾衣服。
衞生：乾淨整潔。樓道也較乾淨。
環境：交通便利。步行到周邊景點約半小時。吃飯購物方便。推薦七星崗4C出口，地圖導航的要走天橋過馬路。
服務：電話入住，退房便捷。
不足：高層住宅等電梯很花時間。前台外出前應提醒已經訂房還沒入住的客人，免得白跑一趟。沒有送瓶裝水。
