7 Days Premium Hotel (Chongqing Kaizhou District Government Square)

Since I often travel for business, I stay in hotels for at least 300 days a year. I never take the initiative to give negative reviews to any hotel, but this time I must say that my stay at [7 Days Premium] was extremely bad. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was intolerable. As soon as I entered the room, I saw obvious stains on the floor and hair on the bed. It felt like it had not been cleaned seriously at all. The condition of the bathroom was even worse. The toilet was dirty and the sink was not clean, which seriously affected my mood and stay. Secondly, the hotel's service is also very inadequate. When checking in, the staff had a cold attitude, without any enthusiasm or smile, which gave people a very unfriendly feeling. During my stay, I asked some questions at the front desk, and the answers I received were perfunctory and did not reflect the professionalism and enthusiasm of the service at all. Furthermore, the hotel facilities are also very old. The furniture in the room looked like it had been used for a long time and had a lot of wear and tear. The electrical equipment is not easy to use, the TV signal is unstable, and the air conditioner is very noisy, which seriously affects my rest. Also, the kettle in the hotel room was broken. I contacted the front desk and waited for a long time to bring me a dirty and old kettle. The old one didn’t matter, the main reason was that it was too dirty and covered with yellow scale. Who can use this kind of kettle? Dare to use it? The next day, I had no choice but to renew my room because my colleague had left his luggage in the room. He called me in the morning to tell me that he needed to change the sheets and quilts. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I found that the sheets and quilts had not been changed. They were extremely dirty. I had to wait for a long time at the front desk to arrange someone. When I came to replace it, the attitude of the front desk's reply was also very poor. There was no sincerity and enthusiasm to solve the problem, which was very disappointing. Any hotel I have stayed in before, even a private B&B, has a better attitude than theirs! Finally, the surrounding environment of the hotel is also noisy. Various noises can be heard at night, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. In short, I am very disappointed with this hotel experience. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I also hope that the hotel can pay attention to these problems and make improvements as soon as possible.
