入住了好幾天的酒店，床品特別柔軟，房間裏的空調很給力，暖氣特別足，前台的幾位工作人員很不錯，每次見到都會熱情的打招呼很親和，酒店樓下早餐店很多，早上下樓吃東西也方便！住過很多次了，酒店的工作人員很有禮貌，見面也會打招呼，培訓的比較好，房間乾淨整潔，空間也大，睡着舒適

網上信用住免按金，前台還問我們要按金（最後説明瞭是信用住沒有收按金），不仔細不專業
房間很臟，牆上還有蟲子屍體
隔音極差，早上被做衞生的吵醒（清潔，推車等聲音）
下水很臭，在床上靠衞生間一側能聞到，睡覺中途被臭醒（個人對氣味很敏感）
桌椅質量差，不穩定不安全
本來定了三天，進到房間看了一圈果斷把後兩天退了（入住已經凌晨，將就了一晚）

酒店斜對面就是石坪橋地鐵站，步行衹要五分鐘。房間衞生做的很好，沒有異味，隔音也不錯，續住期間保潔主動打掃衞生整理房間，這點做的很好。
前台姐姐説話的聲音很好聽啊～

主要去看奧體中心看演唱會預訂的，步行20分鐘就到奧體中心了，周邊倒是沒有什麼大型商業街，但是離地鐵站很近，下樓走幾分鐘就到了，出行方便，房型與圖一致

這個酒店讓我這個老顧客都覺得非常**，我每趟來都是連住三五天。這次連住三天，第四天在訂單公示的時間範圍內免費取消（下午6點前免費取消），卻不讓我取消。第四天我早上7.50放房卡前台告知退房，後來服務員一口否認拒絕我取消（我在下午4.50平台申請取消的），説我沒退房。**！無理！要錢請講理對嗎？
