We stayed at the Walling Hotel for 5 nights and were very satisfied. The hotel is located right in the center. The reception staff were very nice and willing to help at any time. We are foreigners who do not speak Chinese, but we communicated very well through WeChat. Upon arrival, a cooled room was waiting for us, as it was hot that day. We also had a plate of fruit ready. From the first impression, we felt comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. I also appreciate the work of the maid who cleaned our room every day. I am also very grateful for the help with the laundry. I also want to mention the delicious breakfast in the stylish noodle restaurant. I recommend this hotel to everyone. If I return to Chongqing, we will definitely stay here again.

The room experience was really good. It was my friend's wedding anniversary, and the hotel helped prepare a surprise small cake for my friend. Although there was an issue with the booking upon check-in, the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and tried their best to help solve it. The location is very convenient - it's just a few minutes' walk to popular scenic spots. Overall, it was very good, and both my friend and I were quite satisfied. When we come to Chongqing next time, we will still choose Wolin Hotel.

I love Chongqing. The hotel is in a perfect position, to see the beauty of Chongqing. I stayed on13 floor in room 5. At night time I saw how Chonqing looked. I highly recommend this hotel. Food street everywhere.

I would say this is one of the best stay in China. The building next door is under renovation, the rooms we booked did not meet what we wanted. However, staffs no. 4, 5, 7 are so helpful and do their best to assist us until everything is settled nicely. I cannot find the same service in other hotels. The location is so convenience, it is in the middle of everything. The rooms are nice, clean, and modern. Hope that hotel will do some refurbish at the public areas as well. Then, this hotel will be top in Chongqing.
