The front desk is very helpful and nice. Chinese breakfast was nice and sufficient. We are Chinese speaking foreigners. The room was clean and had amenities like coffee, tea, toothbrush and shampoo, etc. the bed was comfortable I can only recommend this hotel. The price is also convenient. The rooms are situated in villas around the main building.

前台工作人員溝通能力很強，態度非常好，早餐品種豐富，環境優雅，鬧中取靜，周邊吃飯便利，房間入住感受很好，樓層高，可以看日落，雖然靠近馬路，但一點不吵，電水壺帶保温功能，很人性化，洗衣和烘乾分男士和女士專用，有洗衣液提供，十分推薦這家酒店。

房間合適，環境很好，三個大酒店都在十字路口，各有特色。這個很好，有游泳池，有接駁車送吃飯什麼的。喜歡，就是沒待太長時間，沒感受游泳和其他服務。

30日晚上十點左右到酒店辦理入住手續，工作人員辦事效率低，我一共訂了4間房間，我住的房間603，在洗完澡後準備睡覺時，孩子發現一床單有血跡，然後再檢查另一張床發現了鞋印，這四星的酒店沒有人檢查，沒有人換被單？馬上聯繫酒店前台説床上發現有血跡和鞋印，讓人過來處理，然後來了一位青年的小夥子看了一眼後就説給他們換被套，他拿了新被套後，本認為他是酒店的工作人員是熟悉工作人員，誰知道他半小時過去了衹拆完所有被套和床單，還滿頭汗，我看一下情況完來他不會換，平時搞衞生和會換被套的的阿姨已經下班了，他衹是臨時的，然後又搞了十多分鐘還沒有搞完一張床，那時候差不多一點了，我説你會不會的，還要多久？不行就房間，他又走出房間打電話溝通請示領導，過了十多分鐘説可以換，但不是在同一層要到八樓，那時候都差不多一點多了，我們又洗完澡，行李都打開了，還洗了衣服，如果重新換又要收拾好行李打包，身穿睡衣，這樣換又跑上跑下，身水身汗的，又得洗澡，明天又得早起來趕路，不如不換，讓他繼續換吧，過了半個小時換好一張床還沒有換好，實在看不下去，衹能我自己親自動手換另一張床，真是第一次遇到這樣的酒店及工作人員。
