We have booked and family trip to Qiandao lake over the weekend. The hotel has an quite and convince the location. Great for kids. Definitely can recommend it

Breakfast was great, had a fantastic time by the pool and the hotel was pet friendly. The view of the lake was breathtaking away which me and my wife really enjoyed. Every staff member was very helpful and welcoming.

Such a lovely hotel! They were all so kind and helpful, upgraded our room for free. Helped set up a little birthday message. Breakfast was nice and location of hotel was perfect. Some rooms are a little out of the way of the main lobby but they will drive you in the small cart and you can call for one anytime from your room phone. Nice pool that stays open til 7pm, but wished they served alcohol at the little swim up bar. Loved our stay overall though!

Lovely hotel and great location. 2 disappointing things. 1. Having to pay for the hot springs- it should be included inclusive of the hotel price. After paying to enter the springs many had no water and of the ones that did have water most were the same temperature. No cold drinks were served at the springs- also disappointing. 2. The room service pizza was terrible- learn how to make a proper pizza and don’t cover it in ketchup- very disappointed. It would be nice to see these things fixed- the staff were pleasant and the amenities were generally good (just not the hot springs)

We spent 3 nice days and enjoy a lot with our family. The hotel location is very good, outside of the city, among the nature, nice view from the hotel room. The staff was always friendly, helpful and provided great support. Especially Xiao Zheng, who assisted us all the time by Wechat. The hotel room was clean. Swimming pool was in good condition with nice surroundings. The food is Chinese style, would be good to get also more western food choice. We do recommend this hotel for the stay with family.

Qiandao Lake Bright Resort is suitable for daydreaming and drinking tea. The environment is great. The Shanshui Yunjian viewing platform in the villa area can watch the panoramic view of the sunset. There are few people and the scenery is as beautiful as the Tianyu Mountain viewing platform. Every service staff in the resort is enthusiastic, especially the private butler Yu Duoduo, who gave meticulous care during the stay and helped to solve any problems as soon as possible. Qiandao Lake Bright Resort must be visited once in this life. The hotel's buffet breakfast is also good, especially the sweet potato vermicelli and tofu brain. Fish head is a must-eat when you come to Qiandao Lake. I will come to take a yacht next time.
