The hotel looks great from a distance - good secluded location and nice design - but up close its rather run down. The buildings have paint peeling off, wooden floorboards are warping and the restaurant air-con clearly doesn’t work well anymore.
The outdoor pool is a 2 min car ride away or a 30min walk, which is quite inconvenient with a 6yr old who wants to swim 4 times a day and the indoor pool right at the hotel bizarrely only open between 7-9pm a night.
Food was very average.
Water sports on offer were decent - paddling, boating, fishing, etc but you could not be very adventurous.
Service was fine.
We would not go again.

這次帶公婆出行，想着避開人羣預訂了遠離千島湖中心風景區的安嵐酒店。
可能因為酒店房間衹有80多間，check in流程很快無需等待，而且前一天酒店前台已經聯繫我們，告知會安排臨近的房間，説明已提前排房。入住當天還把公婆的房間給免費升級了。
付完按金後，酒店電瓶車會把我們送至房間。雖然是獨棟別墅，但是房間不算大，勝在風景很好，每一扇窗就跟一幅畫一樣。
早飯雖然式樣不算特別多，但也算豐富，尤其是品嚐到了千島湖天然蜂蜜，還是酒店自己的蜜蜂產的。另外酒店提供歡迎水果，mini bar，每晚還有不同的晚安甜品。
酒店整體環境非常安靜舒適，衹是別墅比較矮，視線不算開闊，看不到羣島。另外spa島也比較遠，不預約過去會撲個空，但spa島風景卻比酒店房間所在的島更讓人驚喜。
酒店工作人員也非常熱情，有問必答會主動介紹酒店與當地風情。總之，整體還是比較滿意的入住體驗。

週末在自然與服務完美融合的安嵐酒店度過了兩天美好的時光。從房間的窗户望出去，青山綠水、鳥語花香，彷彿置身於一幅山水畫中。酒店的花園設計得尤為精緻，每一處都充滿了生機與活力。走在其中，彷彿能夠忘卻城市的喧囂，沉浸在大自然的懷抱中。Daniel的周到與細緻讓旅行有了温度，幫我記錄下了在酒店的美好瞬間，還為我推薦了周邊的旅遊景點和美食，審美和品味都非常不錯；Daniel關注客人的需求和感受，他的耐心和細心，讓我感受到了真正的關懷和尊重。非常推薦：安嵐酒店和Daniel的服務讓我感受到了旅行的美好和温馨。我相信，這裏一定會成為你旅行中的一道亮麗風景線。

極具藝術氣息的酒店，安靜內斂，細節精緻不張揚，酒店設計結合了徽派建築和江南地區風格，用青瓦白牆湖景竹林組成了千島湖畔的一個獨立又方便進退的小世界。酒店自成風景，可以泡一整天，領略千島西南湖景，又能出門去芹川古村等，整體景色絕佳，各處都是風景，早餐種類很豐富，床品細膩睡得很舒服，下午的雞尾酒會能看到千島湖最美的夕陽。昨晚體驗的水療很驚艷，整個水療部門單獨設立在一個島嶼上，很恢弘，上了遊艇後直達水療碼頭，沿途的火炬增添了滿滿儀式感，沿着很安曼風的小路上到了建築區域，還需要穿過一個爬滿藤曼的木製吊橋後到達180度美景的理療房。儀式感拉滿，理療師手法不輸東南亞，訓練有素。整個酒店的服務人員都面帶微笑，遊船上的船長也很健談，還幫我們從湖水裡打撈香檳，驚喜驚喜。能看出酒店在服務禮儀培訓和細節方面管理的很好，經理daniel和團隊也是有求必應，令人心情愉悦～值得再來度假。

酒店很漂亮，適合在酒店慢慢玩。周圍的環境也很好，酒店整體給人感覺很不錯。房間也很大，乾淨衞生。也非常安靜，整體還是很不錯。Molly是一個很好的管家，幫我照顧我的家人非常貼心，還沒有出發就一直在跟我們聯繫，真的是非常貼心。期待與她的下次相遇。

這個酒店環境不錯，每一套房子都比較私密，下午茶的環境尤其好，雄偉的千島湖盡收眼底，如果能夠早上就開始營業就更好了；管家的服務也非常熱情，讓人愉悦，尤其是那個叫Daniel 的管家
