The hotel is an all-inclusive hotel, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, afternoon tea, and various snacks, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages by the pool.
Check-in and check-out are super fast, and there are welcome drinks and desserts when checking in. The room area is not large, but it is enough. The mini bar is free and replenished every day. There are also welcome fruits and red wine🍷. Only the main restaurant and main adulte restaurant are included in the restaurant, and other theme restaurants need to be paid separately.
There are many outdoor swimming pools. The beach and the sea are at the front. It is super photogenic. There is also a water park next to the swimming pool. There are various marine entertainment projects on the beach, which can be paid in euros and US dollars. The hotel is about 45 minutes away from the airport and half an hour away from paragliding and island hopping.
The hotel has rich entertainment activities and is very suitable for bringing children to play

Got back yesterday from our 2nd trip to this amazing hotel. Luxury service food and staff are all above and beyond. It is a beautiful hotel that treats every guest as special . We must thank Gamze Guest Relations Manager for her superb professionalism and kindness. Also Ufuk the best bar Supervisor ever who remembers us from our first visit and treated us like VIPs but more importantly like friends. Also Mert waiting on us in the adult restaurant with such detail and care. Until next year Fabay we will miss you 😢

Best hotel with our family to date. From the hotel, room, restaurants, staff it was totally amazing. The staff couldn’t do enough and nothing was ever a bother. We will definitely be back. Favourite restaurant with Kursat he was super funny and friendly.

We went to the Italian a la carte, food was and drinks was incredible, With outstanding service by Resitcan and Aytul. The a**osphere was really warming and the service was very attentive and the staff were also super helpful. 10/10 would recommend

The hotel is nothing like you have ever been to before. When they say 5 star, that is an understatement. This place deserves at least 8 stars. All the facilities and activities are top notch and very modern. The staff are fantastic especially Berat at the pool bar. If you have the pool access room make sure you ask for a ‘berat special’ drink 😜 the man is a wizard at mixing drinks! Husain at the main restaurant is also a fantastic server, makes time to chat to the kids and never leaves you with an empty glass! My only gripe is that that we didn’t book to come for longer! If you are on the fence to book just do it and I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

We loved every minute, Kursat was amazing, our favourite waiter!!! Food was great, any cocktails you can imagine. Evening entertainment superb, nothing is a hindrance for all of the staff who were so so nice greating us every time we seen them. Class!!

This hotel totally lived up to the description. It was an absolutely perfect place for us to stay with a family group ranging from 12 to 72. Everything about the place is spot on, with an army of attentive, pleasant and efficient staff keeping things running beautifully. Our waiter Kursat was exceptional in his service and pleasant attitude. I would be here all day describing the amenities and activities available so I'll just say read the list of what is there and take it that everything will more than live up to your expectations. The food in particular is simply amazing in its quality and choice and being able to get branded drinks as well as cocktails was a great bonus. If I was looking for any downside it would be that it isn't set in a location where you'd be likely to go off for walks to explore the surroundings, but Fethiye can be accessed by boat or bus and there are loads of trips available to take you off exploring such as the 4x4 all day trip we did. Tips Poolside room is a good option when you're booking. The buffet food seemed to be superior to the a la carte.
