I often go to hotels every 2-3 months and before April'24 the room price was 290 thousand for the deluxe type, now as of May it has increased to 390 thousand without any significant increase in facilities.
It used to be considered cheap because hotels priced under 300 thousand had a swimming pool and spacious rooms even though this hotel was not considered strategic, but with the new prices it made me think twice about staying here because there are still many hotels under 300 thousand and in the middle of the city and close to everywhere

Nice hotel but air conditioner not quiet maximum. The room is a little bit old but comfy. Efficiently we using Intan Hotel for transit so we are not including breakfast and so far Intan Hotel is a nice hotel with minimun budget. Thank you for a wuick response of front office
