這次入住過程有點不愉快，我們多年已來每到這個時節都來慈溪摘楊梅而入住該賓館，所以對該賓館非常熟悉，我們每次訂的都是豪華房，也深知豪華房和舒適房之間的區別，因為去年也發生過弄錯房型的事情，當時是及時解決了，所以這次入住時多次提醒不要再弄錯了，衹見一位年長一點的施姓前台跟年輕的另一位前台耳語了幾句，不知為何？我們拿到鑰匙上去一看給我們的不是豪華房，是舒適房，當即下去跟她們提出給錯房型了，年長的那位一口咬定就是這種房型，我們跟她説我們每年來，怎麼會不知道呢？在我們堅持下勉強給了我們一間舒適一間豪華，我們提前預訂的，怎麼可能會沒房呢？而且我們入住的時候發現並不是所有豪華房都住着客人，其中原因衹有她們自己知道，最氣人的是那位年長的施姓前台板著臉，像欠她的錢似的，斜着眼看我們，完全沒有一點歉意，很奇怪這樣的人怎麼會在前台工作？前台是一家賓館酒店的臉面，客人入住第一印象所在，老闆花錢把賓館重新粉飾一下，為的是讓客人提高入住體驗感，現在被這樣的員工重新打回原形，本來服務想打最低分的，但是不能一粒老鼠屎壞了一鍋粥吧，至少還有一位年輕的前台態度還可以，餐廳的小韓服務態度也很好，去年也是對小韓非常滿意，對小韓我要打五星，但那位前台我想打零分，希望明年再來的時候不要再看到她，太令人掃興了。

每次回老家就要訂附近酒店住宿，環境設施老酒店不是很新，床有搖晃感不是很牢固的感覺，床墊也不舒服。住到第二天附近安排的住户不是抽煙的就是大半夜的進進出出摔門聲音很大不夠安靜。整體不舒服

五一期間260的家庭房，房間蠻大的，我們的是兩間卧室，朋友那間小床沒有單獨隔一間，總體衞生還可以，有蚊子點了電蚊香。
賓館應該有些年頭了，湊合住一下也還行，工作人員都蠻好的！
頁面顯示無早餐，實際都有的，早餐居然還不錯，現煮的餛飩麪條，現做的荷包蛋蛋餅，炒麪炒飯包子雞蛋～
