Had a really good stay at here. Service was great, especially want to mention a tall male staff who helped me check in on the morning of 12 April 26. He assisted me for last visited as well, and both times the process was smooth and fast. He was friendly, patient,and professional. Also want to give a collective shoutout to all the staff and the whole team. Everyone was friendly and helpful, appreciate the overall service. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is quite convenient with food options nearby. Overall, a solid stay. Would definitely come back again.

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was fast, and the room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells. All the facilities were complete and in good working order. The environment was quiet, so I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The staff were gentle and polite, and they resolved any issues promptly. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Excellent location. Opposite Aegean Cixi Mall. The room was clean. Unlimited mineral water. Porridge served 9.30pm till 11pm. It was delicious. Breakfast spread also nice. From 7am till 11am on weekend. Unlimited coffee at lobby. Self serves coffee machine. Laundry & gym at level 3. 24hrs Its recommonded.

Stayed at this hotel some time ago and the experience was great! The reception was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was fast and smooth. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I could sleep until dawn. The bathroom is fully equipped and the hot water supply is stable. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The location is very good, the surrounding transportation is convenient, shopping and dining are convenient. Highly recommended to everyone!

I chose this hotel because I needed to charge my car. The hotel is very large, with plenty of parking spaces, and there are restaurants and fruit shops nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me some thoughtful small gifts! Breakfast was also excellent. I needed a late checkout, and the hotel front desk readily agreed, which was really great. Even the food deliveries were brought up by a robot. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!

The hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet. The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me. The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

This hotel is very close to Fantawild, making it our top choice when visiting the park. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, with options like oatmeal and rice cake soup, and it all tastes great! The lobby is spacious and offers a delicious afternoon tea. Our room was quite clean, and this time we were on the 20th floor, providing a panoramic view of the surroundings. There's a wide variety of takeout available, with all sorts of cuisines, including tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and small seafood dishes. 'Yan' from room service was very enthusiastic; when we called to ask for children's slippers and toiletries, they were delivered incredibly fast. They even proactively called us when we left something behind in the room, which was super reliable! We'll definitely stay here again next time.

I can't remember how many times I've been here, because I like it very much. The service is very attentive and friendly. This time I upgraded to an executive smart room. Xiaodu is very dedicated, haha. What I like most is the hotel's breakfast, which is very rich. Chinese stomachs love it.
