The hotel has a great environment and is very child-friendly. Bed rails are available upon request, and the pillows were extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is spacious, and there are also two small hot spring pools for guests to use. The front desk service was superb; during check-in, they noticed it was a birthday in our party and thoughtfully offered a complimentary cake. The only minor issue was that the room still had a slight lingering smell, but you can request an air purifier from housekeeping.

It was full of cars in the morning, and the security guard had to move them out. The breakfast is OK, but not rich. The room size is just right, and the bedding is good. The front desk service is quite good, and the corridor facilities are relatively old. The room is too simple, with only a small round table and two dining chairs. Stuff doesn’t speak even 1 word of English and was a bit cold. The room is spacious and has a great view. No refrigerator which is something I hate. For its price I think it is good value.

The room size is okay, and the toilet curtains are smart and easy to use. The breakfast is really great, the food tastes delicious! I came in late that day, and the supervisor also gave me double skin milk, which was not too sweet and was just right.

Room is good design but inside has very things chargeable. The 400 rmb room is without window . There is no big difference in the cheaper and expensive room . So better book the cheaper one . When I asked the receptionist she said the expensive room is recently renovated so price high.

The advantage of Four Seasons Ivy is that the decoration is new, so everything looks clean. But there are definitely deficiencies in staff training and facility maintenance. When the laundry detergent was empty, the staff should have taken the initiative to replenish it. However, after the guest called the front desk, a big man came with a disposable cup filled with laundry detergent and said why the guest didn't go and get it himself. The service awareness really needs to be improved. The shower door in the room was poorly sealed, and a large pool of water would splash out after a shower. It was especially easy for the slippers to get wet and fall.
