What we liked: beds were comfortable. Convenient location with enough dining options. This was just a quick overnight on our way to an event. Staff was nice. What we did not like. The room bathroom had a very think barn style door. While it may look interesting in pictures, it was very off on a bathroom. It doesn't fully stay closed, and if someone wanted to peak through they could. I think they should go back to w normal door. Also, the room had a faint odor of cat pee. It was not so bad that my family wanted to move so We did not ask to be moved, (to be fair, they may have moved us if we asked). I know cat pee is hard to remove and It is a pet friendly hotel but this room should be reserved only for other guests bringing pets.

The room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Also, the room didn’t have any hot water , so we had to take cold showers

The building was under construction. The bar in the shower ripped out of the wall on one side, but we told the front desk. They said it would be fixed right away.

I highly recommend this stay. There are tons of options for eating close by, and the shuttle to the airport is helpful for making travel easier. It was an easy area to drive in being from out of state.

Stay here when we travel to the Albany area. Dec. stay had a bed that wasn't changed, it had hair in it. I showed the pictures and was told she would talk to housekeeping. I decided to give them another try where we hadn't had a problem in the past. Faucet handle was broken and she expected me to fix it myself, said they fall off if you pull to hard and it would pop back on. I told her it was like that when I walked in so their cleaning staff left it there. She called maintenance While he fixed that I continued wiping down to find hair and dirt, when I looked at the shower wall you could see it wasn't cleaned, water droplets all over it. Now I had to go down and ask to move. Again, no apology only told that they had a new hire and she must have been the person assigned to the room. Wasn't asked at checkout how our stay was....We won't be back it has totally gone downhill and they don't seem to care.

Unable to change temperature in room to be cooler than 68 degrees F because Hilton changed the room thermostats to bottom out at 68. My partner and I need a much cooler room to sleep (around 65-66 degrees) and had to change hotels.

The only reason we booked was for a swim meet, at check in were were told the poll had been out of service for at least 7 months. They said it was listed at the VERY BOTTOM OF SITE!!!?? If the pool is out for that long take it OUT of amenities!!! How would anyone know to check there very BOTTOM of the street to get that information!!?? Anytime I have checked in anywhere the issues of the building were right at the top of the dates!!? The front attendant was incredibly rude and complete diff not care that my son's would not be able to practice for the meet, she offered absolutely no resolution. I don't know what

The new heat/ AC controllers are awful. They aren’t there for customer comfort and don’t appear to work. I am forced to turn my heat off… a true money savings for Hampton Inn. The coffee could be better. I’m not usually picky, but I end up buying Starbucks vs relying on the free coffee.

Clean and comfortable. The handle on the shower was broken so I had to hold it in the right position or it would turn to very hot.
Shout out to the lovely woman in the breakfast room. Very friendly and welcoming.
