Side Crown Sunshine Ultra All Inclusive

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was, without a doubt, the best experience we've ever had. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was outstanding, reaching perfect restaurant-level quality. The seafood and fish were incredibly fresh, and the variety of meats, including a fantastic grill show, was impressive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, everything was spotless. Both the sea and the pool were perfect, providing a serene and enjoyable environment. This was our fourth time in Turkey, and this experience was so exceptional that we didn’t want to return home. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay! Amazing hotel!! We couldn’t have asked for more. The food was delicious, loads of variety and live cooking. The rooms are spotless as is the rest of the hotel. The staff work extremely hard all day and night to give an exceptional service. The beach party is so much fun and the reps try to get everyone involved. All round amazing. Worth way more than we paid, would definitely return! 🤩

Love this hotel great animation team especially kubra and the manger gokhan I love the mini disco getting everyone involved. Kubra was very nice and got us in the pool to do auqa gym and sat and spoke to us in the evening was very nice speaking to her and the rest of them team always saying hello and asking if you are okay.

Just returned from this wonderful hotel that truly deserves all its 5 stars. From the time you arrive you notice how clean everywhere is, with staff working round the clock to keep it that way. Rooms are a good size with plenty of storage, and great walk in shower, bathrobes and slippers are provided which was a nice touch. Towels were changed daily and bedding changed regularly, you always knew as you came in the door that the room had been cleaned as they must spray some sort of freshener which had a lovely scent. The food and drinks were all good, great selection of cocktails, the strawberry pina colada and daiquiri were amazing, a large selection of international brands available at no extra cost. A good amount of the food is cooked in front of you, in all the restaurants, also must recommend anyone there at the moment or going make sure you try the Italian restaurant it was very good. The new beach bar/restaurant is incredible, and serves the best food ever. Entertainment team are great, shows were hit and miss, but that’s often personal choice, great night club. The staff are wonderful, too many to name, managers are visible and approachable, most staff speak very good German but they are all trying to improve their English. Anyone thinking about booking this hotel don’t hesitate, I will certainly be back.

Cleanliness of the hotel is amazing, the staff never stop. Beach bar is absolutely incredible, like no other all inclusive we’ve visited. The cafe snack bar live cooking also gives it an extra wow! Special mention to Arda the bar man, he always looked after us & had our drinks ready! Also the cafe snack bar waiter (sorry didn’t catch his name) was always super helpful! Only thing we didn’t enjoy was the Italian a la carte but that didn’t put us off at all just personal choice! Would 100% recommend!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic in all possible ways, the staff are excellent, the environment is first class and the food and drinks are the best. The entertainment is spot on, especially the beach party. The beach bar and restaurant have recently been renovated and, like the hotel is first class. We will be rebooking to come back without doubt. I cannot fault a thing with this hotel.
