The elevator was not working for a fairly new facility and though the hot breakfast options were decent the hot food was not hot. Room was clean and well kept though.

Staff great, room spotless, beds comfy and no noise, shower hot and water stream adjustable.
Eggs weren’t hot but if that’s all a person can complain about, then they have no complaints!

Says pet friendly but Travelocity does not say pet friendly under 50 lb. Desk gal called supervisor and got permission to let us stay. Problem was with Travelocity info.

The only real complaint we had was the room was hot or cold no matter what we did. We could not regulate the thermostat to get it comfortable in the room.

They have “stink bug” issues according to them and there was a brown recluse at the foot of my bed. Nice hotel otherwise and people were friendly. Bed not great and room needed attention
