The service in the hotel is good. The location faces the Rhine River and the scenery is great when the weather is clear. There is a restaurant and pub downstairs, but it is a bit noisy in the middle of the night. It is a fly in the oin**ent.

Fantastic view, in the middle of the old town.
Parking for 5 € per day nearby.
Within walking distance of Music Dome.
And a royal breakfast with a glass of sparkling wine and salmon.

The property was safe and clean, and the room was ok. However there are renovations happening in the hotel so the staircase was a bit of a building site. I had a complicated path to my room via lift to a different floor, walkway and another staircase (so lift access is not guaranteed but this was not explicit at booking).
There was was a really bad damp/sewer smell in my room that was persistent. Would not stay again as there are plenty of other options.

Over all it looks like they tried to hard little signs all over the room “ turn this off “ felt a little pushy
Hotel looked nice and cozy from out side but way to modern and cold inside Room was clean but would not recommend find something with a little more character unless you like modern and cold

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately, my experience warrants a 2/5 stars rating at best. The bed was uncomfortable, the constant construction noise outside was disruptive, and the bathroom emitted a persistent unpleasant odor. Additionally, the tap and basin design caused water splashing issues, while the toilet leaked water. Especially the bad smell made my wife truly sick. This discomfort led us to check out a night early. Despite our request, the hotel rejected any refund, making our stay and subsequent experience quite disappointing.

Perfect location, but a bit worn. Small rooms, small bathrooms. Good breakfast. Expect some noice from bars and streets around the hotel.
Ok for a few nights.
